1) Very noisy, both noises from outside and inside. 2)The bath room was extremely small and had mold/mildew around the tub and towel racks.3) the structure looked unsafe.

Right smack in the middle of the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable beds, and the restroom/ shower were very clean. Parking is available around the corner.

The room was incredibly small, no place to even open up a small suitcase and put it in the available luggage rack without it blocking the walking space. Restroom is clean but tiny as heck. I’m 175cm (5’7”) and if you’re taller than that it would be miserable.

The staff were friendly, and one of them even spoke a bit of english. Property location is close to the central city. Limited parking was available, at 1000yen per day.

This is an old property, and it has never been updated. Everything is dingy at best, and filthy at worst. Mold was hiding in every nook and cranny of the bathroom, because the ventilation fan was useless. The A/C unit couldn't cool the room, even on a 72*F day. The bathroom was so small, I literally couldn't turn without bumping a wall. A single button-press on the remote for the miniature tv switched me over to pornography -- that isn't very kid-friendly. The bed was rock hard, and the coils actively poked me. The room had clearly seen smoking in the past, and an odor remained. The curtains didn't block any light, and the window didn't block any noise.

Location to things like public transportation good for people without a car. The room price was inexpensive. There were food options within a short walking distance.

Firstly, when they say it’s a ¥1000 charge for the car park next to the hotel, they neglect to tell you there’s so special card you need to get from the front desk to put into the pay machine in the car park. I did not know about this, and no one at check in or out asked if I had parked a car in the car park, so instead of ¥1000 for a night’s parking, I had to pay ¥3100! That almost doubled the cost of staying. Secondly, they say you get what you pay for and the condition of my room reflected that. There were stains on the wallpaper and the carpet. The bed was more firm than I would have liked. Also, there was no soundproofing, and I was next to the stairs, so I could hear people walking up and down. I could also hear the people in the room above me walking around. The bed was also right under the exterior window and there wasn’t much in the way of soundproofing and since it is in the restaurant and bar district (being so close to the main train station), there was a lot of noise. Thirdly, both entrances to the hotel have a lot of stairs, which made it hard with large luggage. Fortunately a member of staff came out and helped me. If I had been a wheelchair user I would have been able to get in through those doors.

overall felt very dusty and could see built up dust near window. careful when turning on TV with children around as Adult channels are on TV.

Close to the JR station. Fridge in room. Windows able to open.

Very loud karaoke singing on Saturday night from apartment opposite my room. Even with the windows closed I was unable to sleep.

Free limited overnight parking. Near eateries. Helpful staff.

Main AC split unit was under capacity to warm up room.

The location was excellent about 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast was provided & nice. Good coffee sachets we’re provided.

There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom. Otherwise it was good.

Although the traffic so easy to be,the living room price good,and easy play around,but seem in the hollween night ,young people give unpleasant time.

Cleanliness needs improvement. There was mold on the shower curtain and some parts of the walls above the bath tub.
