Nishitetsu Inn Kochi Harimayabashi

The location was really good, next to several bus and tram stops, and nearby the bus ticket counter. The staff very nice, and the facilities impeccable. There are 2 laundromats in the building very cheap, as well as vending machines and microwaves.

The wifi was poor. The location is great but obviously being in a big street it was a little noisy, not to the point of it being too bad but just to consider. The breakfast was OK but a bit pricy and not that tasty compared to what I've experienced

A quality business hotel with a decent-sized spotlessly clean room, a window that opens a little, fresh towels each day and a comfortable bed. It's also in a great location, on the tramline and close to good restaurants, etc

The reception helped us to receive the Osechi Ryori from courier 1 day before our arrival and stored in a perfect condition, we could enjoy the ryori directly after arriving the hotel.

Location was excellent, right at Harimayabashi and on the streetcar lines. We did not eat at the hotel, but found lots of local restaurants in the immediate area within easy walking distance. The hotel feels new or at least recently refurbished.

They could give better information about their restaurant services. It was too sparse for us to decide to eat there.

Location was perfect, close to Hirome Market, shops and restaurants. Great base to move around Kochi. Rooms were of a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Everything worked well. Staff were polite and spoke English.

I dropped a coin.. So I looked under the bed… very dusty and other things there… I stopped looking for it… If the hotel have used an i-Robot, it would have no issue…

Staffs are helpful though limited in spoken English….but they make an effort to give directions and recommendations for food etc. Rooms were clean and beddings comfortable

The location is perfect for traveling between the city center and the airport, which is close to where I worked. The bus and train stops are within 5-minute walk. It is also very convenient for walking to Hirome Market and the Kochi castle (though not so near). There are many Family Mart and eating places within walking distance. The room has enough desk and chair space for working and eating inside. I also like the wide shower and the bathroom amenities.

There was a Family Mart next to it before, but it is now gone. There is no more buffet breakfast option.

Easy to get to from Kochi Station & it’s the interchange for trams & bussed

Very close to the shopping arcade. About 15 minutes walk from JR Kochi train station.You can take whatever condiments you like, it's self serve.There is a convenience store attached to the hotel. It's open 24/7.

Check out was at 10AM, a little earlier than other nearby hotels.

Nice location, rooms are clean and tidy, have all standard items, a wide bed in a single room

1. Slow internet, both the wifi and with the ethernet cable.2. My toothbrush was on the floor after room service.3. Staff have difficulties speaking English beyond basic check-in/check-out. I wanted to extend my stay for one night and even that was difficult to get the meaning through.4. I hope there is clear indication during booking that breakfast is NOT included. You pay cash (730 yen in 2021 Nov) to have breakfast in the hotel.

Very clean, convenient location, personnel was great. Bed was really comfortable. Very affordable hotel, strongly recommended!

Staff very extremely friendly and really did a good job speaking English to me. They also had good knowledge of the local area and places to recommend for dinner. Room was a nice size and very clean. Bathroom was larger than the typical unit bath so very good.

Pillow could have been better. I should have asked for an extra but I didn’t so some of that’s on me.
