Very quiet except for loud neighbors on our final night. Super comfortable and convenient. Fabulous view for the price!

Lots of allergens in comforters and pillows which blocked my sinuses. Air filter seemed overwhelmed.

Larger than normal room that was mostly modern, clean, and comfortable. With the hotel next to the station, the location was fine, although mid-town Tokushima doesn't have much to recommend it.

The price was a bit higher than the surrounding hotels, but with the somewhat larger room, it was acceptable.

Right on top of the station and surrounded by convenient shops and restaurants.

The room was lovely. Excellent view. Well kept.

The buffet was mediocre at best. The food was not well prepared or presented. In any case, a very limited set of choices were offered. Not much of a buffet.

It’s an exceptionally beautiful hotel located right off the train and bus stations. No getting lost. Plenty of shops, restaurants in their complex. LOTS of places to visit (museums, onsen, mountain tram) within walking distance or you can take public transportation. Staff was very professional and helpful (though you WILL need a translation app or good grasp of Japanese). They went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Excellent value for the money. I took the bus from Kyoto and had a smooth ride for about 4600 yen

we got off the bus at Tokushima station and walked straight into hotel. Great value for comfy bed, big soaking tub, clean rooms and fantastic staff make this a must stay again hotel. Also had a great view of the city from14th floor.

Great location next to JR Station and Bus Station (local and regional). Typical Japanese mid-range business hotel.

No decaf coffee packs in the room. Had to go to the 2/F lounge for that.

The hotel is in a prime location in Tokushima, basically in the train station, on top of a popular food court and near top attractions. The room, not too small by Japanese standards, is thoughtfully equipped with the basics and a few extras such as a line to dry clothes.

Basically everything was ok.

Great location, right next door to the station but very comfortable and not at all noisy. Really convenient for us carrying heavy bags. The room was spacious and very well fitted out. The beds were super comfortable.

I wanted a massage but there were only male masseurs available. A bit disappointing. Not sure if this is standard since it seems to be a business hotel.

Located in the Tokushima station building of classic styles. Love the view of central park with full cherry blossoms from the window.

In liked the convenient location but found the staff not very helpful. Their lack of English proficiency is huge draw back but they seem reluctant to try harder especially dealing with Asian looking but non-Japanese guests.

Central location. Parking excellent. Can offload outside hotel and parking accessible from inside hotel. Rooms large, comfortable, light excluding drapes, quiet , western breakfast adequate with granola , eggs, etc , coffee orange juices. Staff helpful

We are all over 70, and when we asked for a luggage cart , the answer is no, no ,no,though we saw two cart just parked next to us by the reception. The reception girl kept saying NO! It seems this hotel doesn't welcome booking vis platforms.
