The staff were absolutely amazing! They gave us great recommendation for food, congratulated us on our honeymoon with an amenity bag, and we're overall kind and helpful!The room was very spacious, and we even had a massage chair in the room which was amazing g after a long day of walking!

Fantastic location. Everything you need is literally at the doorstep. Very comfortable good size room. Breakfast options good. Loved looking out to the town square from the breakfast room. Would stay again.

Parking (the one affiliated with the hotel) nearby was a bit tricky to find because of signage.

Great location right by main train station. Massage chair in room. Great big bathroom.

The location is perfect for traveling around shikoku, right beside the train and bus stations. The rooms are excellent, more space than some other comparable hotels. The staff are exceptional. We had a difficulty with a flight that they helped us figure out. No of great restaurants within 2-5 minute walk.We will come back on our next trip.

I love this place! The breakfast is just a dream. The staff are so polite and kind, they even has our room prepared with our bags we stored. The price was also very fair.

The room was a little musty and smelled like old carpet. The window opened and there was an air purifier, so it was fine, but like a lot of hotels, they need to find a way to keep the carpet from smelling

Perfectly situated in the train station building. Spacious room and beautiful view of the central park.

A bit of noise from outside if you stay lower floor

Staff were helpful and attentive, location was superb (right next to bus and train station), room was clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed here on two occasions as it was such a great place (for 3 nights and then 2 nights). We were allowed to have our bicycles in the room with us and the hotel accepted our bicycles from Osaka before we arrived. The hotel also arranged transport for our bicycles back to Osaka at the completion of our stay.

Extremely near the train station and bus terminal ! Easy to find f&b around ! I like the superb breakfast which featuring the local delicacies! You must never miss its buffet breakfast!

Can hear noises from outside especially those people wandering around the bus terminal in the middle of the nights ! (If you stay at the lower floor) Perhaps the hotel should change more sound proof windows!

The location is very near to the bus terminal which took me to the various attractions like the whirlpool Naruto and highway bus to Takamatsu.

Maybe there should be a hot bath or onsen facility

The hotel had deleted mi booking.They gave me a room but at a higher rate.

hotel has no parking, you need to park at the nearby public parking and carry luggage to the hotel.i only did half of the laundry because the washing machines were constantly occupied (not enough for a hotel this big?)

The hotel was very clean and modern, also seemed to be very safe and professional. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, it was nice to be close to the station. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. It was also very kind of you to let me leave my bags at the hotel before check-in time. Finally, I got everything I needed during my stay, and even more. Thank you.

Very friendly & helpful staff, spacious room, delicious breakfast, great location. Received our bicycles in bike bags before we arrived ourselves (bikes in bags were sent from Airport Hotel, Kansai). This hotel stored our bicycle bags for us while we cycled around Shikoku. Stayed with this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip.

Once we actually found it and the available parking it was fine.

The lobby was in the 3rd floor, the sign telling this was a small plate by the elevator which was very difficult to read due to visual impairment. Coming by car it was difficult to find both the hotel and the parking. We noticed in the evening when returning from dinner that if coming by train it was easy to locate.
