Toyoko Inn Tokushima-Eki Bizan-Guchi

Location. Complementary breakfast.

The room wasn’t completely clean. Some hair in the bathroom.

The staff was very kind and attentive and the place was well kept.

The bed and the pillows were very, very hard so I had a hard time sleeping....

Comfortable rooms with all amenities for a very good price. Good breakfast.

A bit far from the station, but still a walkable distance.

Value for money. We enjoyed having a breakfast buffet included. It was a Japanese buffet, but it was varied and healthy

Though very friendly, the personal only spoke Japanese.

Kind staff, good breakfast breakfast( two types of rice, 3 types of soups, chicken, fish, eggs, salad, different kinds of breads, macaroni salad, coffee, tea, juice....) clean hotel in general, sufficient amenities, good location ( not far from station, about 10 mins average) establishments in close proximity, basics needs provided (tea, water, shower caps, Q-tips, combs, razors, etc.) and photos matched the ones on booking.com.

Plugs mainly in one area of the room and internet was a bit slow (13th floor).

Very convenient, good parking facilities, clean, and very helpful staff including at the parking station, given that we were international travellers.

nothing… it was all good.

Location was great. Car park building was great. Easy to get in and out. Free breakfast was good. Good value.

N A

we were placed in a smoking room for two nights. It was miserable. We could not get the room changed. I never requested a smoking room and on all of my information it was not listed as smoking. I never would have stayed here had I known. Again, it was miserable.

We were placed in a smoking room. It was horrible and we had a headache every night. There was no indication that it was a smoking room I had booked. I never would have stayed in a smoking room. Never.

Free breakfast. Hard mattress. Good location.

Thin hard pillow (ask for a blanket to put on it). Avoid low floor low odd number rooms (e.g. 301 401) as the hotel’s sign shines 24x7 into the room. No closet, four hangers on the wall. Bit of mold in the unit bath.

Great value, good location, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Our room had a slight smell of smoke - I should have been more careful to book a non smoking room.

LocationOK room size, we each had an open side on the bed so we didnt have to crawl over each other getting in and out

Rock hard bedTerrible breakfastIt seems all Toyoko Inns are the same

Good size room, clean bathroom, staff friendly.

I was given a smoking room and I’m a non smoker. It was awful. It smelled so bad. Also the room is old, the kettle was the oldest thing I’ve ever seen and the hallways smelled very badly. It was further away from the station than expected.

Loved the choices for breakfast, simple but satisfying. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus.. staff super friendly and helpful, always smiling ?

Wifi a little slow on 8th floor

Everything about my stay was great, although it smelled a bit of cigarettes one evening

Very good location

Not

Even if this hotel seems to be quite old, everything was very clean.

no nonsense (business) hotel which has everything you need for a night over.

The breakfast and the lobby. We can take a break and have a drink there instead of going up to the room.

Very good
