Pros +
- Constrangumento no check-out, tentaram cobrar novamente a estadia que obviamente foi paga no check-in.
- Elevator, garage, location, spacious room.
- Friendly staff, spacious room, good location and hassle free check-in
Cons -
- Staff, atendentes, estacionamento apertado, hotel precisa ser renovado, antigo.
- - air conditioning did not cool down the room- water pressure in shower was good, however the jet was spread out and there was no way to direct it, showering was really hard- could hear lots of noises whenever another guest used the bathroom in another apartment, I believe it was coming from the one above. Woke me up at 06:25am- TV system hard to navigate; however, it was nice to have Netflix work.
- Breakfast was not great quality overall although the fruit and coalhada was nice. Coffee best avoided.

- Amazing staff, went out of their way to accommodate for us and our baby- Beautiful view- Great breakfast- Spacious & clean rooms- Perfect location
We really loved the suites, the bed was amazing and the place was really clean. The hotel restaurant and the breakfast were also very good. The shower had great water flow and temperature control.Covid measures were in place and there was staff enforcing it during breakfast.
The only bad thing was the constant noise. It felt like there was an engine over our heads. Probably because we were on the top floor, not sure.
Great service. Great location. Very good breakfast
Not a lot. Just the old school air conditioning is very loud.
Room AC was a little bit noisy.
Staff was helpful since we arrived in the hotel.
The toilet tiles in the shower area need a deep clean.
