Hotel Cassino Tower Piracicaba by Nacional Inn

The location is very good.

Many things. I was a frequent guest, but since the change from Ibis Styles to Nacional Inn Cassino Tower, I noticed the quality of services going down. Starting with the fact that they are now charging to park the car inside the building, the Standard rooms not having face towels, and the attendants be sometimes a bit rude.

Breakfast

The pool is small, the jacuzzi is cold, and there is a fee for parking, bad shower.

Almost everything! Specially the facilities.

The reception when we arrived late at night was not to good. We have to wait on the road late at night until payment was processed.

Showers were amazing and the Air Conditioning was too. Great location .Amazing breakfast.

Staff and location

The carpet and also the air conditioner were dirty making my allergies come up

The size of the room was good and breakfast was just fine.

Ibis is like this, very simple with no much attention to comfort. I have to change the room because the mattress was in a very bad condition. Staff is always seeming that are doing you a favor. TV channels are the basic, open tv, no face towels, etc....

Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were pizza thin, towels were nail file rough and thin, shower tiles were moldy, bottle of water was R$8

It was a nice area with many diverse restaurants. The corner grocery store had a great kilo lunch/dinner if you're in a hurry. The breakfast was great--huge selection of fruits, pastries, coffees--very healthy.

The elevator was a bit inconsistent (didn't always stop, and one of the elevators was not functioning).

Amazing accommodation and clean. Staffs are kind and ready to attend! All good!

The location is fantastic.The breakfast is wonderful.

I paid for a luxury suite. It was extremely dirty. The walls were all dirty with stains that I would rather not think about what it was, dogs' paw prints all over, and spiders in the room that almost gave me a heart attack. The sheets and towels were worse than rags. No hand or face towels. The mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable. The toiled seat was out of place. Nothing about that room says luxury.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice options, rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi

the large lobby has several play options as billiard, table football and boxing, which attracted lots of extremely loud shouting children...

Location

They didn't have face towels. Towels are bad. The room has no safe box. Breakfast service is interrupted while people are still eating! Reception charged a different price than booking.com said, I made them return the difference.

The breakfast was good and well served.The location is very good.The work force attend very goodand were well prepared. Al the instalation were good.

The bedsheet were not changed every day and doesnt seen to clean.The bath was a little bit damage and spray water all over the bath. In addiction the water was cold in the first day.There was a lamp that doesnt work any more.

I didn’t like the noise the maide does cleaning at the others rooms 8 am. We heard the beds being dragged from side to side, an endless noise.
