The rooms were fantastic - it had plenty of space and was extremely comfortable.

I couldn’t figure out how to work the bath even with the instructions which may be on me. I’m not sure if it worked though

Location of the place convenient. The apartment is with 2 bedrooms, two toilets, kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a TV. Highly recommended place for stay if you travel with family or friends.

The washing machine and the drying function in the bath worked very well. We also enjoyed the mini bar drinks.

The check in process interface was clunky. The keyboard on the iPad in English was set up in alphabetical order instead of the standard asdfghjkl manner. Also the terms and conditions weren’t translated into English, even after clicking the English button.

This hotel was extremely convenient for its location/proximity to Hiroshima's central train station. A very short walk away to the train, busses, and plenty of food. The room was very clean, conformable, and private.

This was a little difficult to find at first, and there are narrow hallways to reach the check-in desk and room. We had a few people with a number of bags but we managed fine. The one piece that could be improved was the shower/bathtub room. The shower was surrounded by opaque glass walls in the middle of the room. However, if somebody is taking a shower, you could clearly see into the shower room. Perhaps they can add an additional privacy curtain inside the shower.

It was large enough to spread out a bit. It has everything we needed and the location was pretty solid. We enjoyed walks along the river nearby every evening

It's just a little dated, but overall I think it was a good value

Close to the train station and major streets. Very noisy. Old and some things were dirty like the sofa and the reception area. Bad layout, strange escape equipment in the room and doors to nowhere. Hard to use hot water.

Emergency exit light on all night in tatami room made it hard to sleep, and same with skylight in bedroom. Quite a lot of external noise too, so needed earplugs. No luggage storage after checkout.

Great location. Responded quickly online to questions. Big rooms. Miss the human interaction of reception. Otherwise great

It was very spacious and felt like I was staying in an apartment. There was separate space for sleeping and relaxing as well as a meditation room.

It was difficult to find and the check in process did not work well. However once we called the staff on the phone it got worked out. Suggest updating the photo of the entrance to the hotel because it is very easy to walk past.

Very loud from outside noise. Futon not very comfortable. No staff - checking via tablet. Water wasn't very hot.

The place was in a great location near the hiroshima station.

Room was a little dark and shower was very low, found it better when not over the bath. Only minor though would definitely stay again!

Probably a stand-out as part of our trip, room was exceptional, super comfortable and the amenities were next level. The location was the best by far, about 100-200 metres from the main station, but good ambient noise.

Mattresses were a bit thin for a couple of the extra people sleeping on the floor. Still quite comfortable though.

Very stylish and spacious room. Located next to the train station.

Probably too stylish and not practical enough. Despite there being many many lights the lighting was very dim overall. This was very nice before going to bed but less so at other times or when trying to find things in our luggage.The shower cubicle was also very spacious and stylish. But the semi transparent doors were less than ideal when travelling with family.Lastly the hotel couldn't offer luggage storage after check out, forcing us to pay for lockers at the train station.

Great location and easy to check in. The size of the rooms is by far the biggest we have stayed in Japan. Super nice bathroom and furniture.

Very noisy, if you struggle to sleep you will find difficult to stay here. The train passes nearby and you can hear it, bars outside and you can hear the karaoke. Also is cold would be nice to have better windows and isoleted walls.
