Toyoko Inn Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi-Minami

The option and ease of self check-in, clean and spacious room, convenient location, and free breakfast were what I liked. Everything was made simple, easy and self-explanatory.

You can see the aging of the room and elevator can be very crowded in the morning.

Very close to the station. Got there before check in and they held our bags. Clean.

Staff was very polite and kind; they had a system issue when we were trying to check in, so we left our luggage and went out. When we came back and checked in, they gave a handwritten apology note in English and a couple packs of foot strips for the trouble even though it was such a small thing.The value for money was excellent. The included breakfast had some breads and Japanese style breakfast foods. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very good.

There was only 1 elevator for the whole building and oftentimes a line in the lobby to use it.

Location was near to station.

Only japaness breakfast option was available. No english breakfast option was there.

I liked the fact that the hotel was located only 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. So it was very convenient to reach the hotel when you travel with shinkansen trains.

The room was very small, in a way that there was nearly only space for bed. Not even for luggages.The room was also old. Smelling old.The visitors from europe, you do not need to pay for breakfast. It is not for you.

Great hotel to explore Hiroshima from. Next to the train station and the streetcars. Clean, comfy beds, good shower, nice breakfast, luggage storage and very friendly staff.

Nothing. Breakfast area was busy but that was more down to us leaving at the time most business people were leaving too.

Location - 5 mins walk from Hiroshima station, the tram station 'Matoba-Cho' to connect to city is less than 200 mtrs away. Facilities - Good wifi, breakfast was nice with multiple options.Bathroom - Clean, bathtub available, all toiletries provided, hot water was easily available.

The most spacious room I’ve stayed in during my whole trip. The bed felt a bit hard at first but turned out to be perfect. Loved that the window could be opened.I loved the free daily breakfast. It’s a high traffic facility and that’s noticeable on the staff, they work very very hard but they tend to not always to be relaxed. I really love Hiroshima and would’ve stayed longer at this hotel if it was possible.

Slightly outdated yet still carry its own little perks. Staff was amazing - super helpful. (Just make sure you double check if you book to a smoking / non smoking room) got caught out on that but otherwise. Loved it

Great location, as it was close to Hiroshima station where our shinkansen stopped. Friendly staff and free breakfast.

The rooms were a little small, I think smaller than the standard rooms in Japan.

Very basic overrall. 10 Minute walk from the trainstation and another 15 Minutes walk away from major tourist spots. Clean, comfy beds, working wifi. Solid choice for a couple of days in Hiroshima

Good location, clean albeit a little dated rooms, great Aircon, easy check-in/out.

Hotel only has one elevator which gets very congested, breakfast is serviceable but not going to impress anyone, beds are very firm.

Strict 4pm check in, which is tough when you arrive after a night flight at 9am.

A great value. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly.
