Toyoko Inn Hiroshima Heiwa Odori

Nice location and clean, with a helpful staff. I have a bad back and the front desk staff was quite helpful in getting me the extra blankets and pillows I needed.Also, a very good Japanese style breakfast.

A building is going up next door, lots of construction noise during the day.

The beds were super hard. This is the 4th Toyoko Inn we have used this trip and these beds were definitely not as comfortable as the others

Nice hotel, great location to tourist attractions, staff were super helpful, only negative the beds were extremely firm, breakfast was included but was not for westernerised tastes. Good value for money and right next to entertainment strip with plenty of food options and bars.

The location is great! It was fairly simple to arrive to the hotel and we loved that. The breakfast was nice as well, this is the first Toyoko-Inn that we have stayed that offer bread and it was really nice!

We mistakenly booked a room for smokers and we were spearing the room to have a strong smell, which it had but also the bathroom walls had stains for either the smoke or the dust. We didn’t appreciate that :(

The free breakfast was a nice surprise and the night gown was a fun experience. The free amenities in the foyer is a great idea and the check in/out process is easy! The only downside is how hard the beds are. We would recommend staying here and if you do make sure to get ramen from around the corner at a shop called ‘Hiroshima oysters and wagyu beef ramen’

It was a great experience to stay in Toyoko Inn. We roamed Japan for the first time from Tokyo to Hiroshima and all the stops we booked a Toyoko Inn Hotel which was very efficient for a family of 2+1.

Affordable, easy check in and out, laundry facilities, and decent location.

Room was a bit smelly and small. Bed was too hard to sleep comfortably.

They cannot speak English. They have very poor breakfast. The rooms smell like an ashtray…

The property is located near everything you like to visit in Hiroshima! The room were clean and nice and pretty soundproof. There’s also a little breakfast buffet and its really cheap as well!

Ist good value but be aure to have google translate.

The staff speaks almost no English, google helped us out here. Breakfast is a bit limited... Its more aimed towards Japanese citizens.

Lose to public transport, free breakfast

I came with my daughter, only one pillow was provided. It’s shouldn’t be a big deal to have one pillow per person in the room. On top of that we booked non smoker room but the room and the floor we were in smelt strongly of smoke. Not a great experience, fortunately we only stayed one night.

Everything. A clean, comfortable hotel with good amenities and facilities. Good price. Excellent location - a flat 15 minute walk from the Peace Memorial Museum and other important buildings.

No sun or view from room, breakfast ended too early so we missed it (big night out night before) but that’s kind of our fault..
