Bedrooms had everything you need. And the location was excelent.

Would skip the breakfast.

Excellent hotel with an amazing value! The location is excellent, near the main attractions in the city but also close to good restaurants and bus stops. They provide everything, from towels to sleeping clothes and skincare products. Would definitely stay there again!

For a business hotel, it was a good location. Rooms were tiny, especially with 3 suitcases.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Peace Park. It is also very close to the Chuden-Mae streetcar stop.

When we arrived there was some confusion about our room which we still aren’t sure what it was due to the language barrier, regardless they got us into our room. Upon entering the room it had an overwhelming smell of mold, like wet laundry that had been left in a bag for a few days. I used the fabric refreshing spray to spray the bedding and carpet to freshen up and we opened the window to air out the room. The room was covered in dust and based on other reviews I’ve seen this seems to be a common issue at this hotel. You can see based on my photos that this dust accumulation wasn’t just from one missed dusting, it was a build up from a lack of cleaning. If you have dust allergies I highly recommend you avoid this hotel.The bathroom is a pod within the room and requires you to step up into it, it’s a decently high step, I would not recommend if you have any mobility issues. The tub was also not sealed fully to the wall so water would run into the crevices and onto the floor. We stayed in a total of 5 hotels during our time in Japan and this bed was by far the least comfortable. If you upgrade to a king room, they just push together the two twin beds, which is not uncommon but they don’t give you a second night stand and the plug is set into the wall between the two twin beds so it ends up in the middle of the “king bed” which is very inconvenient.The hotel has 14 floors and only 2 elevators (no service elevator) so we were constantly in waiting on an elevator to be available and the staff was also waiting on elevators to try to clean the rooms (no fault of theirs, they are just trying to do their jobs).Overall it just wasn’t a pleasant experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, there are so many better options in the area.

Staff service, location, price and value.

Washer Dryers always being used. Dryer to way to long to dry clothes. Probably the reason for the long waits.

very good location. good hotel if you are travelling alone and for 1 or 2 nights maximum but it’s lacking space and comfort for people with luggage and longer stays.

the room was so small we almost couldn’t walk once the luggage were inside

10 minutes from peace park.Spacious room for japanese standards.They kept my bag before and after checkin/out with no issue.Would visit again.

Good location and value

arrived 20 minutes early of check in time (3 pm) and the staff did not want to check as in because "the room is not ready". He asked to leave our stuff if we want but i told him am going to wait for 20 minutes. 2 minutes later it became crowded in the lobby and he checked in the guests before us then he called me that our room is ready !

The hotel responded promptly to all my requests and inquiries. It gave me a very clear and precise direction to the hotel. I had no problem taking a tram to the hotel late at night. Its staff are professional and helpful. My room is fine: clean and comfy. The central post office is just across the street. Very convenient for me to mail stuffs home.

Room covered all the basics.We did check in with the self service machine, which was ok.Staff was nice and stored our baggage for a few hours. Location was close to our main points of interest

Perfect location! Close to tram that we took from Hiroshima station. Nice comfortable rooms with lots of space to put things- laundry facilities. Night ware. Microwaves near elevators. Staff were super friendly. Check in and check out was quick. Would definitely recommend! Close to the memorial piece museum

Location is central, on the tram line and close to the memorial park. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were great and room was spacious and comfortable

Great location. Room a decent size and loved the happy hour drink.

Nice room and the location was GREAT. Close to all the things you’d want see. Easy walk to Memorial park or just hop in the electric car right out the front door.

The location not far from the peace memorial park, the public bath, the bigger than average (for Japan) bathroom. Breakfast was good.
