That I paid for 2 nights because of there went something wrong with the booking. But I only slept here 1 night. And now I am trying to get my money back for about a month now. They said it should be fixed in 7 days. But no...

The hotel was in a good location; approximately 5 minutes from the train station. Asian breakfast and dinner included in the price which was quite reasonable. Staff was friendly and hotel check-in lobby ambiance decent for a small hotel.

The room was very small with no closet/dresser space. The bed and pillow were hard as a rock which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The hotel guests were all Asians and all cuisines Asian. I did not see any other non-Asian guests at the hotel during my stay.

The staff were nice, concise and professional. But that’s the only good thing I can say about the place.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy, and freezing cold. You have to turn the heat pump on at exactly 22° Celsius and wait 5 minutes for it to start blowing air. Only after that can you change the temperature. And your key turns on the power so you can’t let your room heat up while you’re out. Which is a big issue since the room opens up into an open air atrium with the wind blowing through it. The place is also filthy. Hairs all over the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and there was dried blood on the blanket. You can also hear all the noise from the street and hallway. I couldn’t wait to leave.

The staffs are very friendly. I also like the food, especially it was free. It was the best breakfast I ever had here in Japan. ❤️ I also like that it is very near in the main station.

I don’t like the faucet in the bathroom. I think they should upgrade it. I can’t easily adjust the temperature according to my liking.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was handy for a traveller. Good value for money. Were able to store my bag for me.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Front desk staff nice and very helpful, especially young ladies. Easy to communicate.Top floor Spa is also nice considering the price.

Breakfast was so crowded that I gave up on it, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities are old and some are worn out. The lights in my room were flickering the whole time.The same vegetables were served for both dinner and breakfast the next day, so the corn was a little mushy and was about to go bad.

This is an excellent Hotel around city center and very convenient location. They offer heavy dinner and breakfast and it was beyond my expectation.

The customer service is good, half board food is so good and tasty

I saw everyone with the kimono of the hotel but i didn’t have one in my room

Good location close to Hiroshima station so ot's easy to get the train or bus to anything you want to visit .The hotek even had a hot spring on the top floor
