Incredible service. Location is 3 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Wonderful hotel. Could not recommend more highly.

Nothing. Loved everything about this hotel.

I guess there is nothing that can be done about making the pricing more attractive! Guests will eat and pay what they must if/when they are hungry. Nice hotel though. May be nice to include a meal for that added SPG touch.

this was an excellent hotel to stay in. friendly and helpfull staff. 1 min walk from the station. very convenient. the rooms were large and extremely clean

Everyone was so kind, it was an excellent location, very clean, and the pool was lovely.

Proximity to center and station, makes it really easy and quick to move by foot or take the JR to a different location

Great location for a 2 night stop in Hiroshima, just walk outside the station and the Sheraton is waiting for you.Depending on your fitness, Hiroshima Castle, A Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park/Museum easily accessible (we walked it and we are 59 & 61).Hotel itself is quality and comfortable and if you are happy with the price then the room will not disappoint.

Immaculately clean, large rooms, excellent service, and an unbeatable location if you are taking day trips from Hiroshima.

For better and worse, this hotel definitely feels more Western than Japanese

Great location, easy to find, internet was great. Staff was friendly and breakfast is quite good.

Vegetarian and halal food selection for breakfast. Laundry should be better. Staff did not pick up my laundry before 9AM although I have put outside my room.

The Hotel is just outside the train station and all of the necessary modes of transportation to see the city. The hotel room was clean and decent size.

Excellent breakfast and a central location, right next to Hiroshima Station. Being so close to the station allows you to catch the sightseeing bus right outside the hotel, making for a great location.

Location. (Next to Bullet Train station. It is attached to the Bullet Train station) Helpful staff. Good systems. Example: Security very good. Having to have key to enter glass building door late at night. Have to walk through lobby to get to room elevators. Lobby is on a high floor so no riff-raff would be there without reason. Iron with table and a pants press vallet and a clothes refresher spray. Comfortable bed. Light switch controls at bed are fantastic. This takes a lot of engineering all those controls. Lighting and decor match with proper color and displays. This is not a hodge podge throw together. Same lantern style in lobby is in room.

Maintenance used caulking instead of grout on tile. No C type usb port charger.

Access to swimming is not for free, internet in the room wasn’t working for 2 days, first night alarm in the room ring early morning, 2nd baby was crying, room wasn’t clean as expected, access key to the room didn t work, I was expecting something better than this

I wish they had self service laundry facilities, but there were coin laundry places nearby.

We were extremely happy at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right outside the train station. Very comfortable room, nice beds and pillows. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and nice.
