Pros +
- Room was confortable but smaller than expected. The SPA was nice.
- Staff with high level of English, free mixed drinks 7p-9p, free breakfast with a variety of foods until 8:30a/9a, speedy elevator, nice common area. Nice face masks in its free amenities!!
- I liked everything except for the room size but that was enough to make it an unpleasant experience. No amount of free stuff was able to make up for it.
Cons -
- The location is central, but too close to an area not that pleasant at night. Breakfast, very few options if if don't want to have a Japanese breakfast.
- The area is just a tiny bit seedy (hostess clubs, pachinko parlors, etc), but it can’t be helped! Breakfast could be a little longer.
- The room was too small to function properly. We weren't able to move and still couldn't even open a suitcase. We got caught in rain which added to the misery. There was no space to dry any of our stuff and we just counted time to get out of there. We felt demotivated to do anything. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. We had a twin room but tge beds were joined together and basically took 95% of the available space. I get that space is limited but I wouldn't mind a bunk bed or at least a foldable bed so we could catch a breath and get our clothes out of suitcases.

Very easy check-in/out process
Location is not suitable for family. Pricing a little bit too hight for the room/space/location.
Excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff who spoke great English. Onsen was very pleasant. Great amenities, access to toiletries. Good location and great value for money
I got the triple room and was surprised how tiny it was. There was no room to move. Suitable for 2 people but not for 3 (who had lots of luggage). Was nice and clean, had everything you needed. Free buffet breakfast which was amazing and free alcoholic drinks between certain times which was a really nice touch. Nice hot pool, which I did try once but in middle of night as you go in naked and im not keen been naked around other females. Handy location to Peace museum, shops, transport etc.
The room size. I didnt expect it to be that small. Out of my whole trip and 6 different hotels i have stayed in this was the tinest.
Convenient location, great free bar between 6-9pm with lots of drink choices / branded spirits to make your own cocktails. Perfectly basic "base" for exploration of Hiroshima and Miyajima island etc., especially if you won't be in the room for long.
The room is absolutely tiny for 2 adults with large luggage. It felt so claustrophobic because our suitcases were in the way of the only free space available (near the bathroom door walkway). We stayed in smaller sqft accommodation that felt less cramped due to clever use of space.
Super Hotel is a modern, well-located hotel. The onsen was a great way to end the day, and the buffet breakfast a great way to start it. It is a short walk from okonomiyaki restaurants and the Hiroshima historical district easily accessible by foot.
The room was clean and well-appointed but a very tight squeeze for 3 adults. For 2 adults, the room and bathroom size would be just adequate.
Nice facilities, amenities and clean comfortable rooms even though tiny bathrooms and limited space in rooms, it was perfectly functional. The hot springs bath is a nice touch but I didn't end up making use of it due to the rules (no clothing wasnt my thing). Not too far from a sightseeing bus stop to get to Hiroshima station or the peace museum.
Hotel very focused on business guests, nice but very functional. Breakfast finishes dead on 8.30am, not great if you're on holiday, or did a lot of travelling the day before. None of the breakfast items were labelled so if you aren't familiar with the cuisine or not a native Japanese speaker, you have no idea what is on offer and their ingredients. The staff were polite full stop. Functional is what I would say, even though the amenities are decent, not particularly warm, friendly, or overly helpful for visitors new to the area, but polite and functional. Missed opportunity to carry some helpful literature or maps of the area for tourists. I hadn't realised when I booked but when I ventured out for an evening meal I realised this area seemed to be red light district. It was a bit uncomfortable and I decided to stay out of the area the next two nights and explored other areas of the city, only came back when I had to.
A great hotel in a convenient location. The staff at the front desk have been very helpful and even provided great tips about where to eat! The cleaning crew keeps the place spotless and the breakfast team ensures you kick off your day with a wonderful meal.I personally liked the area and found it easy to use the hotel as my base while exploring Hiroshima. The hotel has many amenities to make your stay a comfortable one and I loved the variety of pillows available.
Great walkable location. Comfortable bed. Spa welcome drinks and breakfast in the rate was great
Excellent location, very nice, though small rooms, very helpful reception, lovely onsen
the facilities and the free bar
you could listen the people next room
Location was good, comfortable and tidy, staff were helpful, they even provided rental bikes.
Clean, welcoming property in a good location for visiting the Peace Park and Hiroshima downtown. Staff were friendly and polite.A generous free bar was available each night (spirits only, no beer), and a generous Japanese buffet each day for breakfast.
Beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillow provided was stuffed with some hard material like packing beads. Thankfully the hotel provided a wide range of alternatives which we found after the first night.
Good location, nice little bath. Free self-serve bar at night and reasonably priced. Recommended if you are alone.Rooms are pretty small.
Rooms are pretty small but that was expected.
Position is funky area. Onsen and free cocktails at night. Got a parking discount.
Room was pretty small
The onsen was great, and there were free drinks at night, which was nice coming to after a long day of walking.
It would be nice that that the check was at 11am instead of 10.
Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff.
I would love some vegan breakfast options and some fruit. Also please change the policy on guests with tattoos not being allowed into the bath. That's so outdated.
We had a pleasant stay. Do note that in the spa area tattoos are not allowd/need to be covered. Location great and within walking distance of many restaurants.
