Amazing location, with clean rooms that are a little larger than expected. The free breakfast was a nice bonus too! Very helpful staff as well. Will definitely be back!

The room is the same as the photos presented. The room size is alright and it is clean. Staff is nice. The maintenance is good and I love the shower. The price is lower than other hotels.

A little concern about the security. No staff in the reception at night. No access card required to take the lift. Need a walk for 8mins from Hiroshima JR station. Not appropriate if you take the elderly along. Limited options in breakfast.

5 minute walk to Hiroshima station. A grocery store nearby. There is an onsen and a delicious complementary breakfast with many options. The rooms are relatively spacious with desk space.

The walls a bit thin and you can hear noise from the hallway. The building is a little old. Can’t see outside the windows of the room.

The room was clean and simple. It had all the necessities. The location of the hotel was very convenient, only a 5-6 minutes walk from the main transportation station and had a convenience store down the street.

The check-in/checkout process was awkward. You’re asked by a person to use the automated check-in/checkout machine when they could’ve done it for you in a few seconds.

Amazing staff and service! Seriously they go above and beyond. Had to truly post it here as the staff is amazing. Very big and comfortable room with all the ammenities and excellent location.

Trust Hotel is the best choice for the budget travelers. You get a clean and comfortable room plus a really good breakfast. The location is an easy 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. We stay at Trust Hotel every time we visit Hiroshima.

This was a wonderful facility. There’s a complementary breakfast (normally that costs extra) that had a mix of Japanese breakfast and more standard breakfast that Americans might eat. There’s an onsen that we were told doesn’t mind large tattoos - wish we’d had time to check it out! They did luggage shipping directly from the hotel, which is always a huge convenience.

It was maybe a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima Station, which could be cumbersome with a lot of luggage. Consider taking a taxi or using luggage shipping if you have a lot to carry. It was plenty easy to navigate for sightseeing, and you can’t miss the large lit sign on the building.

Super nice hotel, really close to the main station, 5 minutes walk, amazing breakfast and the staff is super nice! Great place and location, is easy to walk the city of Hiroshima from there.

The main problem was that the room was too hot and it was too noisy

Convenient location close to Hiroshima Station, clean and relatively uncrowded public bath, coin laundry, good breakfast buffet.

Poor layout of the room that wastes a fair amount of space with weirdly located outlets. No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, just a shelf which was a bit annoying.

The location was great, and the convenience store is super close. They give you sleepwear daily, the bathrooms were cleaned daily. You get a small space to bring your luggage and you can even eat there.

The accordion doors really suck. It makes a lot of noise at night if someone decides to leave their room. also, the light from the corridor turns on the illuminates the room, so not only do you get the sound of the door, but also the light piercing through the top part of the door. Sound proof is non existent, it really sounded like the door was being opened right next to you. Keep in mind that I wear earplugs. This is just part of dealing with going to a place and sharing with multiple people, but there was a woman who was really sick, coughing throughout the night (She was there all the nigths that i was there). So not only the lights and the door sound but also the woman coughing all night long, definitely wasn't my cup of tea.

Breakfast was limited but ok. The soup was tasty and the happy hour and the snacks were well appreciated. The staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness of the room could be better, especially under the bed

The location is very convenient for those who travel by train. It is just 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was great choices both Japanese and western styles. The room is standard, it is what you can expect from normal business hotel.

The Beds are EXTREMELY COZY! you have a little desk area above the bed which was really nice. The Buffet Breakfast was very tasty- although a little strange, we had french fries one morning but they where delicious so no complaints. There is a little machine where you can make iced Matcha lattes or coffee lattes or have juice which was fun.

not the most social hotel- there is tablets when you walk in that you can check in on and they encourage you to use their AI program in your room on your phone before asking front desk any questions.. personally didn’t love that, however the staff are kind and helpful if you do need them. They do have a bath/onsen however be aware if you have tattoos you are not promoted to use it.

Vicinity to Hiroshima Station is a big plus for travelers intending to explore the region by train. The room had everything needed and felt comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but for the relatively low price of the stay it is a nice extra. A free water bottle was provided each day.

Cleanness could be improved. The lights in front of the room indicate whether someone is in it, which is a bit questionable privacy-wise.

Large breakfast with a ton of options (very meat based which was a bummer as a vegetarian, but if you're into that you'll love it) Included an Onsen which I enjoyed alone. Complimentary pajamas in the room and toiletries by reception were both nice touches.

It is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but not a big deal with public transport. It IS close to the train station if that's your priority.
