Pinpon Hotel Hiroshima

whole night loud music Unable to sleep

This capsule hotel is at 1st floor. At ground floor there is karaoke club. So whole night loud music goes on. Unable to sleep.

Unfortunately, guests can not leave their luggage in hotel after check out. Well... they can, but only till 2pm. I chose the hotel to be closer city center, but anyway I have to go back to central station, leave luggage there, pay for that extra, and then go back to city center again :(

Quiet and private

Bed was a bit high off the ground....did see that microwave and fridge were underneath.

REally interesting design, quite comfortable and really enjoyed the included free access of the saunas, ice baths and the jakuzzi on the rooftop!

The hotel it’s a love hotel dress as a regular hotel, the bed is hard a a rock, it had hairs on the sheets and it’s so tiny that I can barely fit my suitcase

Lovely staff at the reception, very welcoming. The room was very clean, but yes, as a budget hotel, it was quite small. Lovely stay, no complaints from us.

No complaints

Comparatively cheap and close to Metro

Hard mattresses as is very common and a lack of ventilation

Location

Room far too small, not as clean as expected with lots of dust, elevator working on and off, and more

Very good location and a really reasonable price

Rooms a little small and dated. Also could hear the neighbour rooms from our room even thought the description is noise cancelling walls.

The Hotel is in a really good location in Hiroshima, the neighbourhood is really nice. Also, the room was nice, good price and with karaoke!

The only thing I could say is that the one of the headphones of the karaoke was not working fine because of the cable. For sure, minor thing. The rest was good and as expected.

Great location. Good amenities. Very clean.

Room quite small

The property is goos and good location but i book for Family this Hotel is not Family friendly with kids and parking not available at the hotel they will providing the location but we have to pay

Sometimes hard to speak english at the counter, but they will always try to understand you. They will use some translation app if it's too hard to understand.

Location In the central city..

There is no window, They don’t provide the kettle

Bathroom facilities, central location, comfy bed

Breakfast (English or Japanese)

The room was super comfortable and had everything you need for a convenient stay. Everything is within walking distance, with restaurants and convenience shops at your finger tips. The room was well equipped and the staff were friendly.

Great location, well equipped, very friendly staff.

I probably wouldn’t have chosen it for me and my daughter based on it being a “couples” place.

tv, vending machines, good location

Nice and compact. Location was good, plum in the middle of the bustling night activities with everything you might need nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very damp and nothing to be done about it. There is a window smaller than a regular toiletwindow
