LAZULI Hiroshima Hotel＆Lounge

We loved this hotel! The location is very quiet and there are konbinis nearby. The hotel is very calm and Nana and her colleague were very lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast and free sake tasting very much, and we really appreciated the efforts of the hotel to support local businesses and showcase products of Hiroshima as well as provide recommendations for special local cafes and restaurants. The room was beautiful and spacious and we even had a balcony. I loved the tatami mats and the sitting area we had in our room. The beds were also super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hiroshima!

Everything was wonderful!

We absolutely loved the Lazuli Hotel! We booked a city tour, and our guides were beyond kind, truly going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. They even went out of their way to make our honeymoon extra special by decorating our room and leaving us a sweet handwritten note.This hotel is an absolute gem. They hosted a New Year’s card workshop and even mailed our postcards for us. When we checked out, we were completely surprised and amazed to receive a scrapbook they had put together from our tour the day before. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture.This is a must-stay for anyone visiting Hiroshima. We are so grateful for this incredible experience and can’t wait to return!

Well maintained and helpful staff

Far from things but not too far.

The location was a bit out of the city centre - but it was right on the river with lovely evening and morning views of the city. Our room was awesome and we loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the sun set. The staff were amazing and friendly. They also had e-bikes right outside to help with the location!! Would recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful. My wife left her passport in a taxi while arriving. They helped us figure out our next steps to find our passport. We were able to get the passport back few days later. We couldn't be more thankful to the great staff at Lazuli. On top of the friendly staff, the hotel is very nice aestically. We loved the look of the room. Would 100% stay here again.

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The location is great, in a quiet street but very close (5-10mins walk) to the center. The room was absolutely top notch, every single detial is well though of, highest quality materials, great design, bed and pillows are perfect. 5 star to the staff as well, very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, too. I will definitely stay here again if even in Hiroshima again.

Very cute room and quiet location. What really made the stay for us was the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff

As a family of 3 traveling with a 9yr old boy we were very very happy with the hotel. From the moment we checked into the hotel until checking out, we felt like the experience/service was very personalised to the customers. The room was very spacious, the amenities in the room were modern and complete (with plenty of towels too at our disposal) and at the lobby of the hotel, they provide board games and kendama that we can borrow to play in the room so we could have some activity while we're in the room as well. Staffs were also very kind to us throughout the stay and the breakfast basket was very cute and fulfilling (it contains bagels, granola, yogurt, juice, milk and a variety of jam, butter and cream cheese all were sourced locally from producers in Hiroshima). We can't wait to return & stay longer next time!

Nothing at all

The staff has really thought carefully about the details at this small boutique hotel. The rooms are large, the breakfast is drawn from local, high-quality producers, and the location is less than 10 minutes from the train station.

The location is a little off the beaten path for tourism but walkable from the train station.I believe there is a coin laundry down the street.The hotel is brand new - the room was very cute and spacious with an excellent bathroom. It has a ceilingheater that is very effective for drying towels and hand washing. We appreciated the breakfast as well.

Everything was fine.

The staff is amazing. Welcomed us very well. The room is amazing. It has a balcony with a nice view to the river. The kids loved to sleep on the tatami bed. I wish we could stay another night.

Everything was great. It about 10 minuets walk from the station and with kids after a long day it can be a bit rough. But the hotel definitely worth it

Exactly as its name implies, the Hotel Lazuli is a gem. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room we were in – really more of a suite – was ENORMOUS; more than 10m by 4m. It had three distinct areas: bathing, sitting, and sleeping; all of which were delightfully designed. The bath/shower room had a deep tub and a shower area adjacent. There are likely other nice hotels in town, but I’ll never know because I’m going to stay at Lazuli whenever I’m in Hiroshima.

It’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. Some people might care that the breakfast offering was modest, but it was fine by us. There was a combini (7-11) 5 minutes away that covered all our needs.

Proximity to Hiroshima Station; spacious room; great bathtub/shower room; accommodating staff.

Earlier breakfast start time would be nice.

Clean, neat, spacious rooms. Lounge area in room was great. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff was very kind, accommodating, and responsive.

Our room was big and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the sake tasting. They weee excellent. The breakfast was a very healthy combination from local sources. We highly recommend this hotel. To us this is a 5-star hotel!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel is lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is in a quieter part of town but close to tram stops and the station, and we had a scenic river view.

We booked the executive twin and the amount of space was luxurious. Everything in this small boutique hotel is new and clean as well. The staff are so sweet, friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Hiroshima station which was quite convenient

Though close to Hiroshima station (10 min walk), it is not that central to the main city sites, though also not that far. We took a street car to go out for dinner which was a short and easy ride, and also took a taxi one night which was quick and not to expensive

It felt like being in a typical Japanese house. The room is very spacious, with one double bed and the possibility of having futons to live the 100% Japanese experience. Also, they have us a breakfast basket that we enjoyed in our room. They usually serve breakfast from 8.30am, but Since we wanted to leave the hotel earlier, they gave us the basket the night before. I loved the overall experience!

The room was very nice and the amenities really great. Super helpful and friendly staff on the check in and check out day. Good location and we enjoyed very much our stay.
