- It would take a good few minutes to list this horrible experience. We called to ask for early check-in and were denied, even so we arrived at 3:15 pm and were prevented from checking in, at 3:30 pm entry was allowed however we stayed 35 minutes to get to reception, that because there was an intense queue of cars, we stayed for a total of 1:35 to check-in.The beds are small, old and dirty mattresses, the bathroom was not completely clean, face towel and floor mat were not provided. We ordered room service and it didn't.Other than that, there are a lot of people, which appears to be above their capacity, the indoor pool is very precarious. The sound from the pool area is loud and of horrible quality, which causes discomfort instead of relaxation.

- There was no WIFI in the rooms except for those rooms that were near the lobby. It was hard to entertain the kids at night without watching their shows and even for us adult to work in the room.
