The staff was less than receptive. The parking lot near the hotel was blocked and they sent me to another 100 meters away. The lighting was minimum and all light fixtures were old in the bathroom it was so bad that I could barely shave myself safely. The flooring of the apartment was loose and worn out. The Wi-Fi on the apartment had a very weak signal and was useless. To access the breakfast area I had to go to the front desk and ask for a wrist band - I have never had to do that in any other hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel was bad, lacking care and maintenance.
