One of adult had a wealth issue. Could not travel. Explained to the Hotel staff. They requested medical support. We provide Doctor's certificate with clear travel prohibition. We offer and did not use one of the rooms. After submitting medical certificate staff informed nothing to do or recognized. If so why did they make us loose time. Went to phisician. Requested certificate for not even read it.Will clearly not recommend this Hotel to anynody who.asks
- Hotel pool we’re not super clean, water was dirt and the lake close to the property was also a little bit abandoned. I didn’t like also how service is managed at the beach. Guests leave a big trace of trash achochado is hard for the hotel to make it clean for new guests.

Pleasant
It was all inclusive, but the option was not great. Aldino the Bar was always missing something. Sometimes don’t had gin, sometimes don’t had fruits and etc etc. I expected something better
