• This review is about Mr Fahad, An arrogant manager who refused to meet our basic needs. He thinks basic hygiene is a 5 star thing and should not be expected from his 3 star hotel. What they show on the website is nothing in real. Pathetic service all together. Pls stay in this hotel if you want to waste your money, live with spiders,insects, Stinky Fridge, not functioning TV, broken handle. Attached pictures for reference. Im extremely disappointing with the experience during our recent stay at your hotel with my family. The condition of the room and the attitude of the management were unacceptable. The room was not clean upon arrival. Closets were dusty and had spiders, the fridge was not working and smelled terrible, and several fixtures like the dresser and closet handles were broken. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was done to address them. Manager claims that its his best room but lacks basic hygiene and safety, as the terrace glass door was broken as well. He fails to understands a basic sense of responsibility. Even more frustrating was the lack of Wi-Fi for an entire day, which we reported immediately but saw no resolution. What made the experience worse was the managers dismissive and arrogant attitude. Despite our concerns, he never came to the room to assess the situation and instead responded with a surprising level of audacity and unprofessionalism. He said he did his best. He means leaving spiders web as it is was best. Providing not functional Tv Fridge WiFi was the best treatment we received after travelling 24 hours from Canada all the way to Pakistan and to this worst hotel! This experience did not reflect the standards one would expect from a 3 star hotel, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve both the condition of your rooms and the behavior of your staff.
