The location is great. Close to the tourist attractions.

Even after putting a special request they didn’t give us the top floor. Very inconsiderate.

I didn’t like anything about property but l love your staff members

It was my bad experience because I didn’t get facilities which i was expected. Iron was not working room was very congested and air conditioners was also not good working but one thing i liked it staff was excellent?

very small rooms and doesn't provide any toiletries not worth as compared to we pay. in same amount you will get good hotels like Radisson .

Nothing to be honest

Rooms not maintained. Basic facilities like bathroom floor towels were not given. Hand towel absent. No newspaper in the morning. Breakfast is badly serviced with long waits for refills

Stay is OK but at this price range it is not the best. I paid more than 15K at this price range i got no comfortable stay at all.

1. House Keeping Service is very poor.2. The cupboard slider was broken and came out every time i open it.3. Sink Drawers were broken.4.Towels were not cleaned properly. Towels were not white feels unhygiene while using.5. Room lights were blinking after switching it off.6. Table lamp was not working.7. Even after saying repeatedly to house keeping person they have not changed the toilet napkeen roll.

Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff were professional and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had variety. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Location is not close to the Golden temple but an easy Uber or tuktuk away.

I booked the hotel because of the name, but it was just not worth of the time or money that i spent there. Just did not

The rooms were not cleaned properly specially the bathrooms. There was scaling deposits on the tap, faucets, shower. The floor had dirty marks. The dustbin in the room was dented. The mini bar menu that was in the room was a used piece, most probably used by the earlier guest, and the boxes were cleaned by the help of a whitener (pen ink remover) There was the smell of smoking in the bathroom. And it was such a strong smell. And when i told the person at the front desk about all of this, he didnt even apologise for it. He just listened and that was it.

It was second visit to the hotel, obviously I liked it during our first visit to rebook the place. Even though stay was nice and comfortable, I felt the service level has deteriorated from last year, especially around cleanliness and found the staff to be little less enthusiastic than earlier. Overall still a good place though

Breakfast was nice, fresh, lots of different choices of food. Food tasted good and staff very helpful and friendly.

Good location, good rooms, great staff

Our rooms were on the 5th floor. 6th floor has a lounge with events that had loud music. Acoustics can be better so it doesn’t disturb guests on the 5th floor.

Location near to Golden Temple & shopping . Food was good specially the Butter Chicken

Construction is going on in property and bathroom taps are not maintained. Tv remote was also not working properly. Fridge was not in use for long time and wasn't cleaned properly

Its a small hotel, but in the center of the city. About 10 min from Golden Temple and there is a market complex in walking distance. Overall, very good choice for the price.

The entry portico is small for car to enter. Also, not sure if they have parking on site.

The restaurant's food on top roof (6th floor).

We were charged 18% GST on breakfast amount of Rs 400 per head even though our room rent was around 5k per night. Ideally speaking, Golden Sarover poprtico should have charged us 5% GST & difference should have been born by them.
