- The location was good for us as it was walking distance from the Golden Temple complex, however we had senior citizens in the group who needed transportation.
- The hotel is very conveniently located for a visit to Golden Temple and the Staff is super friendly and forthcoming with advice on all aspects from sightseeing to dining options.

- No ambience it was a dark cave like location with no proper lights nd room was not of good size even
- - Room was not comfortable due to the cold and we had to get heaters by paying additional fee.- Staff definitely could have been more co-operative- We had requested for late check outs through the booking.com site but they did not consider it at all, rather mentioned that that booking has been cancelled. We have to pay 5K to keep the rooms for the senior citizens for a couple of extra hours.- No food available and no decent places in the immediate vicinity.
