Rooms were very small. Not clean. Bed sheets not clean. Washroom amenities not provided.

Only the bed was comfortable

I have been visiting Golden Temple from last 7-8 years regularly(2-3 times in a year) and have booked so many rooms but this was the worst stay.Owner is seen on the arrival day but after that he is not seen and only staff was there.From very first day TV was not working, bathroom has very pungent smell.Toilet paper was not there. On second day I order 1 cup of tea around 1:00 PM but I have to leave for gurudwara without having tea.Next day I again ordered tea and it was pathetic.I told one of the girl sitting at the reception as owner was not there to clean the dustbin but she said maid is on leave so it cannot be possible...like they have only one maid to clean the whole hotel.

Breakfast was OK, the location was the best,and the staff were very helpful regarding our queries

We stayed with family it was a great stay as we found the hotel just renovated as we spoke to staff that its renovation is ongoing.. Service, cleanliness, new towel, bed sheets, newly wall painting, staff and it is so near to golden temple, jalianwala bagh, and all local markets. It is easy to commute around. There was no hot water on the first day, one cell was missing in the AC remote, washroom were not clean at all (pls change those fittings), there is no window in the room. The staff was continuously asking for bill.

Poor and won't recommend

Facilities were really poor along with staff behavior and cooperation. They did not provide basic facilities even after asking. Items on Breakfast menu were not available.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was hot water. Much needed in the cold weather of Amritsar. It's proximity to the Golden Temple is good too. That's it.

Almost everything. The photos while booking were quite good hence, we booked this hotel but on arrival, we were quite disappointed. The rooms were shady, not clean, bedsheets were not clean, towels were not clean. We had to ask for water bottles that too at additional cost.

Staff are polite and cooperative.

Room were very small and no cupboards to store cloths etc. Bathroom is not clean and good, flush is not working. Beds were not changed daily.

The personnel was very attentive and amiable. I needed to fill out and print an application online and they let me use their computer. The golden temple is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. They arranged a taxi to take us to the Wagah border and back at a reasonable price.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.It is value of money and the staff is helpful.Hotel is very neat & clean.Hotel roof top restaurant is Excellent. Food is very good. 24 hours service available.Must stay at this hotel when visiting the temple

? Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,He makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!! ??
