The service and the staff

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It becomes suffocating and smelly as the rooms are pretty small with no ventilation

Location is good. Staff is very polite. Food is good.overall Nice stay.

The service in the restaurant is sloppy and the quality of food is average, the kulcha is nice but super slow service. The buffet is mediocre- not worth the price.

The rooms were well appointed, food in the restaurant very good, but most of all, the staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of the way to look after their guests.

If the window could open into the open space instead of the opposite room, it would have been better.

Clean and comfortable. The gym is also decent, so overall I was quite happy with this place.The price is also fair.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet area, yet still close to all the main attractions.The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive throughout our stay.A special thank you to Sandeep Singh, who accompanied us to the Wagah Border ceremony and took great care of us right up until our departure to the next destination.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from renovation.

Wonderful and helpful staff. We booked with dinner and breakfast and extremely happy with food and staff. Will surely recommend to our friends.

Ambience was really great bed was comfy

In washroom it seems there needs some attention as the water from shower will make the whole washroom wet . Though Shower room is properly closed still there is some leak. Its just some easy fix by doing so will retain good reputation to the hotel.As my mom was old and she fot slipped twice unfortunately nothing serious but i don't want others to get affected .

Great Hotel with Great staff and services

The pool area was tired and unmanned, we needed towels but no one was there to assist, also netting to stop the birds coming into the pool would be beneficial

Clean room, good shower, comfy bed and location close to railway station and a rikshaw ride away from the Golden Temple. Kind and helpful staff

Breakfast paid for separately, large choice but Indian dishes slightly too watery

Food was good. The swimming pool was clean and staff very polite, always went out of the way to serve.

Tea was horrible.

Nothing about the Property was good enough The rooms are too small to have such a price for them.We paid somewhere around 14000 and it was a sheer disappointment.

Well i have a list of reasons one should not book this hotel 1. The first thing we did was to order ourself coffee The presentation was So bad. The coffee served was spilled everywhere around the mug. Instead of a stirrer we were given spoons to help us with the coffee ( plastic one’s). The latte’s which we ordered were pathetic and hence we had to get it changed. 2. The attendant down who prepared our checkin was Nikhil Kashyap He just took the money for the stay and had felt no responsibility to inform the guests about the checkin time or checkout time.3. As our booking mentioned early checkin and late checkout The time was not being mentioned to us during any point of time Nikhil kashyap made sure to send his team twice to know our checkout time but not even once they mentioned that beyond 2 pm the room rent would be taken.He made sure to call us exactly at 3 informing about the extra charge he would imply.Which we refused to pay as we received no call before 2 pm for our check outThe staff is i guess full of interns who have no idea what to say and how to manage.

I loved this hotel. Room was comfortable with the most comfortable pillows I think I have ever had in a hotel.Lovely pool, very friendly staff and the breakfast and other meals were very good.

Trying to contact the hotel prior to our arrival was appalling. The phone is always engaged and emailing was sloppy.

Felt like they ran out of money when building it… so many parts of the hotel were incomplete or poorly finished… elevators, bathrooms, room furnishings etc

Food, from the snacks menu the club sandwiches weren't nice, got severe good posioning and ended up in hospital in punjab.
