A bit difficult to find the location

the location was great nice staff good wifi really close to the golden temple and jallianwala bagh and the partition museum as well. Highly recommended for people who wish to go the golden temple early in the morning for darshan.

nothing as such was there which was bad everything was good. The beds could be little bit more comfortable. The staff had a little bit delayed response but were doing the things they were asked to do.

Reception Staff was speaking Hindi instead of Panjabi ,they should know the regional language as Amritsar is Panjab and they have to respect panjabi Language.

The guy who drove us to the border and the airport was nice that's about it.Location.

Oh where to start. We had two rooms Mold in the bathroom alot on the blindRusted out shower head Unsecured wifi just dangerous to use.Prices for the border and airport kept changing between the staff it was annoying to have peole lie to your face and very frustrating to try prove to your parents that india is a nice place when faced with places like this.Asked for a paper receipt standard practice everywhere else ive been and paid cash makes we wonder who's pocket it goes into guy at front desk just kept refusing saying it's electronic on booking.com is your receipt. Lies.

Worst location. It is impossible to reach hotel with a four wheeler and it takes the longest time to walk to the hotel. Very bad food, considering the exceptional food Amritsar serves. Bathroom in Presidential suite keeps getting flooded. No views. No tea or coffee or iron even or safe even in Presidential suite. Not worth the price of INR 5000 at all. Good property if you have to pay INR 1000-1500 for Presidential suite and one can put up with bad food and manage with the location.

Cockraoches every where. Dirty bed sheets, blankets and towels. Very bad and late room service

Except it was just near to the golden temple,and they arranged pick up and drop from airport as well as arranged cab to wagah border,there was nothing to like in the hotel.i would never recommend for anyone

There was no chef for having food in hotel.For having non veg u need to go to main city which is like 25 mins away from the stayThe tea they made me have severe food poisoning.The WiFi wasn't workingThe room space is so confined,hardly space for one to move.The hot water wasn't working on first dayRoom service was poorWater was not even provided,it was with extra cost if u ask.For all transport, they charged extra and then added tax.Place around the hotel is fully messy with water logging.

Closeness to gurudwara sahib.... But u can get a better or same option nearby at cheaper rates ..not worth 3000/- per night

The good part is room were clean and it hotel is at walking distance from the Golden Temple.

I had book presidential suite but the size of the room was very small infact they put a small sofa cum bed for making the next bed which is very uncomfortable. Road outside the property is very dirty and very bad smell coming on the way which makes impossible to walk . If you are going by car you have to drive through a very narrow lane to reach the property and they do not have proper parking.

Rooms have sufficient space for two people; Comfortable and spacious and very close to Darbar Sahib. Don't go on the rumours that rooms are small.

Breakfast, options should be increased on complimentary breakfast. There was only option between aloo paratha or sandwich.

Location was very good. Walking distance from the Golden temple. There is an issue of parking cars but the hotel manages it well with valets.

We booked two rooms. One on the too floor was good but the one below had smoke smell. We had to bear the smell. It is understood that it is a small property but there should be norms for smoking

The staff was more than halpful even before I had checked in... They even arranged a complimentary pickup for us from the bus stop. They also arranged a early checkin for us and the room was very clean. Their cafe is also very very good. This place is extremely reliable and anyone can go for it without any doubt in their mind.

There's not one thing to dislike about to this place

The room was small but clean. Staffs were good and hearty. Location was ok.

The space of the room was very less compared to their advertisement. The spacio as been stated and picturised by the site with every interconnected rooms was completely missing. Towels were not very clean. Price is a bit high.
