Location was good. Rooms are big but need to provide more facilities. Tv not operation. Cockroaches moving all over the room..toilets to be more clean

It is the quality which matters not the location staff in kitchen pleasant , hospitality staff quite helpful . Reception and receptionist needs improvement and courtliest. Wishing and looking forward to take views in a positive way.regards

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable

Staff was not helpful especially the manager is not bothering how to communicate the way to make customer comfortable and happy.

Room & reception services are very poor,I stay here with my 14 months baby I called for water they took 2.5 take hours to give water after 3-4 calls, I booked here for 2 days tv was there but it was not working, remote was also in broken condition I called them 4 times but nobody come for the solution.,, Moreover for shampoo also I also called them twice but no one came,You guys charge such amount for 2 days and can't even give such services dats really very ridiculous Even I stay here last to last year that time services were ok,dats why we came here again but now services are really very poor. Never recommend to anyone..

Location is right next to the Partition Museum and has really easy access to many tourist attractions and taxi service.

Only plus is location.

Could see centipede insect in bathroom, they say parking is available, however it was occupied with other vehicles and asked for lot pf help in order to fit my car. Lady at reception is rude! And they don’t follow booking rules.

Literally nothing. It was disgusting.

SO Dirty. Everything was dirty (including the sheets) and broken (the shower head sprayed the entire bathroom). The room I got was not the room I ordered. The staff was rude and did not do anything. The shower head was broken and I’m pretty sure there were bad bugs. They kept calling me asking every meal if I want to order something even though I did not ask for anything. The wifi does not work. This place is one big scam. I left in less than a day

Everything from the word go. No parking ( which they claim they have, Its abasement parking with a 45-degree angle ).The staff does not bother about the guest especially the lady in the reception, TOwels are yellow not white. Rooms unclean. Washroom walls dirty. Bedsheets n bedspreads dirty, Only stay if here if u have Zero expectations and are ok with sub-standard living. All plates n tea cups in the restaurant are chipped as wek

Very disappointed as rooms electric socket blew up in one of our rooms. Very dusty in the room and shelves. Breakfast not much choice and was not told that drinks in fridge at breakfast time we would be charged. Very disappointed as says 100 metres from Golden temple reason I booked it as have elderly mother it wasn’t had hire a 3 wheeled tempo to go there.

Sorry answer for this question is above.I liked the reception desk and porters they were friendly. However on arrival a gentleman seemed like manager not impressed, no welcome from him, no smile, very miserable.

The location was great and the price was definitely good. €76 for 3 nights

I arrived late (4am) which I had advised the hotel in advance however the hotel was locked up on arrival. I had to call the hotel which had the effect of waking the overnight staff who then wanted me to pay.I paid the next day.Ps. Hotel room had no windows.

Location was good . In terms of breakfast there wasn’t selection of fruit,only papaya .

You should check the rooms before you the guest comes whether everything is working or not .

Perfect location, 5 minutes from Golden Temple, & in the middle of Old city,staff really helpful especially The lady on the front desk,who tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible

On Booking.com clearly states this Hotel accepts Visa payment,it does not...this keeps happening in India,which becomes a drain on your cash reserve, The Hotel doesn't offer a laundry service, which would be a plus....

The location is really close to everything most need to see in Amristar and everything is walkable. I also appreciate them letting me stay for the day for an extra fee.

The hotel itself is small room was small. The hotel had alot of mattress and stuff in the hallways it felt like they were renovating.

Location is superb , just on walking distance from golden temple. Staff is so polite and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Must must try food there. Well maintained building. Rooms are average, according to tariff rooms are good. Value for the money. TV is not smart, only cable channel. AC was working properly. Room service is so fast and efficient. It’s like 4 star experience but in 2 star price. Parking of 4 wheeler is a problem there, as it’s in main heritage location of Amritsar.

TV should be smart like Netflix or prime should work.
