- One of the worst experiences in my life. The cost of almost 4000 is super high, it doesnt even deserve 400. Bad staff, bad food, EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Cheap service for extraordinary high price. Breakfast took 1 hour to prepare and even after this time, the quality was bad. Everything asked for during dinner was unavailable. I was tired when I reached and was even more tired. A person gets a hotel to relax but i was extra frustrated here. Sleeping in my own car would have been more comfortable.

The staff at the reception was not at all welcoming and helpful. They were rude and the phone at the reception was not workable for rooms and no water bottles, no bath mats in bathroom. Really bad service.
300m from Golden Temple on a straight road. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable. 700m to market, Katra Ahluwalia, entrance next toPartition museum.Hotel arranged airport pickup and drop, tho UUber costs less than halfWagha trip was also organized, again steep cost.
Only room there. Bare staff, or service.It was lean season or weekday but no concession.No breakfast was included tho I have lifetime free breakfast from Booking.com. they did accommodate once requested. Tho breakfast was bare.
