Walkable to golden temple! Clean and good rooms

Towels need to better;

Location is very good and close to the Golden Temple.

No one will like this place.

We wait more than one hr for checkin also the staff attitude was too bad .only one advantage is that located in near to golden temple,but it's is unhygienic area

Clean, helpful staff, good location and easy walk to Golden Temple and felt safe

No hot water in shower and open electrics in bathroom with holes in ceiling and a few periodic power failures

The room was very nice, clean and temperature was excellent with Air conditioner. Staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Google map was able to find it exactly. The hotel is behind other buildings in the ally, Finally they had to send someone to escort us to the hotel. Which we appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t in time and the dining place was not clean at all, however the waitress was very friendly and brought us what we ordered and served very well..

A hidden gem very close to the golden temple (Gudwara). The rooms were very clean and well equipped for our stay. Always nice to stay in a place that has 24hr hot water facilities to shower. They allowed us to have a late check out at no extra cost which was nice. The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was too much for them to attend to. Special thank you to Jagroop, Prab and Namen.

It was ok staing here. Close to the Golden temple. But it is not possible to see it from the windows. In fact, some windows look at the very close next building. Normal for the most building here. Advertisement was not helpful.Bed shirts, towels cold be cleaner. Credit cards are "not working" here.But above all I was very glad to have an air conditioner, a silent room. Nice breakfast on the roof restaurant. Front desk staff were polite and helpful.?

I recommend this hotel to everyone the behaviour of all staff is very good and cooperative and Food is very good in this hotel. NOT ONE THING AT ALL

AVOID AT ALL COST! I have never written such a bad review but I will like to explain I stayed in the hotel for 10 minutes in the room and left. The hotel has a lot of safety concerns your life. The staff are awkward and actually creepy. They keep coming up to the room and making you uncomfortable. The place gave a scary feeling as if it had hidden cameras inside as the staff were not trust worthy at all. The place felt odd and uncomfortable I went to my room and within 10 minutes I had staff knocking and keep checking up it was very strange and within 10 minutes I booked another hotel and left. The staff kept calling afterwards on what’s app and kept annoying. Very strange hotel to stay.

Great location. Good value for money.

No soundproofing. Tables/chairs were dragged on the floor above each morning before 7:30am.Could be cleaner.

This property is located at excellent location. Amritsar temple is just 400 meter away and shopping market is nearby. This location is great. Staff is nice and rooms are clean

Nothing not to like

The facilities of the room were quite good. Everything necessary was available. The staff did their best to solve our small problems.

Negative:It was very frustrating that the water was constantly cold, and it took repeated requests before the water was made warm again. Each time, we were told to let the tap run until the water turned warm. The first time, we gave up after wasting water for 15 minutes. The manager even admitted that they shut off the hot water centrally. We still don't understand the reasoning behind this.Another annoyance was the extreme chemical smell in the hallway. Apparently, they tried to clean the rooms with some substance to which I am allergic. We didn’t dare to open the door because of it.The toilet paper was used up after about five uses. Each time, we had to ask for a new roll. This was unnecessarily annoying.These are all minor issues, but they could easily be resolved with proper management. It’s a pity because, apart from these problems, we otherwise enjoyed our stay.In addition, the floor in the room was not properly wiped clean. The socks were dark after minutes.

The staff was very good and helpful. They provided me infant milk whenever I required without cost that was good. It was clean property.

It wasn’t value for money and overpriced. The room size was not that good, it was sophisticatedly small without any ventilation. There was no proper doormat.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect 4-5 minutes walk from golden temple, car service is also available. All staff communication is very good.
