I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Location is good

Door was broken, bed was so small,

Very good room, staff, environment and more over one person name is kuldeep, who was very helpful

Nothing, everything was very good

Location is close to the Golden Temple.

Cannot sleep as it is in a crowded location and full of noise of vehicles- horns honking, and light passes through curtains. Booked a higher class room but was given a lower class room, as I checked in early.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Paint work was going on, very bad odour, not clean , left the hotel within 2-3 hours because of the bad smell and dirty place. Hotel owner admitted the facts shared but charged me for one day and taken tax amount as well and not raised any invoice also. Very bad experience and money also wasted. Paid for the service not availed.

Location is very near to Golden Temple n staff is good behaviour n nice

Cleaning is not good enough.. belonging with room like bed sheet n others r not clean properly

Room Not clean and washroom too worst

Location near golden temple

Very disappointing

I have booked the hotel for 3 days but due to family emergency I have checked out from hotel on 2nd day but still they charged me for 3 days, when asked if i am not availing their service for the 3rd day how can they charge me forcefully, they said i had booked through booking.com and they charge commission from the hotel on full amount so they cannot refund my money, apart from that i had also paid for my complimentary breakfast which i did not had on the as they do not have kitchen in hotel they bring food from outside which is time consuming and i have to leave early morning for some work due to time constraint i couldn't have my breakfast but still no refund has been given on that, its a very awful experience. Also i had booked their cab to pickup from airport they told me its Rs.600 earlier and they charged me Rs.Rs650 for that as well where as if i booked a uber from airport it cost me around Rs.300. I could have get a better hotel in amritsar at the price i paid for this. Very disappointing. Will tell the fellow travelers to do the thorough checking before booking any hotel just blindingly and please do not trust any online websites for booking.

Cleanliness

Great Location rooms were clean the staff was very co operative and lots of food options near by. Overall great stay

The quick response and neatness of accommodation

A well organised small hotel. It is well suitable for budget friendly accommodation. The host was so kind and helpful. The only issue we felt was a better blanket could have been provided

I had outside
