Good location, near to Golden temple, helpful staff , neat and clean rooms , comfortable beds , everything was good.Best hotel in the city .If you want to come Amritsar, Do stay at hotel Revoli it will meet your expectations. Thanks to booking.com .

Nothing, everything was fine.

Rooms were really great and the staff and food were great too. The staff were soft spoken and kind to is and it was a really pocket friendly place. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Overall it was a great stay .

Very bad experience.

Hotel owner is very bad and rude. bed sheet was not clean and torn. Washroom was not clean at all. No facilities given by hotel. Outside pic of hotel is not uploaded on site because if someone sees it they wont book the hotel. Not suitable for family.

property was very bad . very dirty room and bathroom. very small size of room . the basket and mug in bathroom very dirty. dont know , why this kind of property was on Booking.com.

It is close to train station 6 min by walk and other attraction are also by waling distance.

I would not recommend this stay if you are coming with family. They don't maintain proper hygiene and cleaning properly.

AVOID, they do not stick into their booking.com reservations and try to scam you to pay more.

I had a confirmed booking but as soon as they saw me, they told that they're full. (Probably because I look foreigner.) I showed them my reservation and confirmation number but they impolitely turned me away. They promised to take me to another room of theirs with the same price.They drove me to this another place further away, a room full of mold and cockroaches. I had to pay double the original price, and they even demanded money for driving me there.

Nothing to be liked about as this was a very old hotel without any basic facilities

Cleanliness is not there. Bed sheet was not changed a single time in 4 days. Staff were supportive but the message to them from there owner was not clear regarding payment and stay. Only once in 4 days the room was cleaned and that too after many follow ups. I recommend not to book if you are visiting along with your family.

Hotel staff is not behaving properly and Tony(Staff name) has drunk during service and arguing for everything. Also the vehicle they have hired for us to visit in city, drivers are handling multiple bookings same time. Once i asked they argue a lot and it was big mess. So please avoid booking this hotel.

Great Hospitality by Charanjit his extra efforts to make us comfortable was exceptional it's a basic budget hotel very proximity to the golden temple. You can pick if you are looking for budget hotel. Neat and clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Worst hotel ever

Everything was dirty even the blankets and bedsheets.The pillow co ers were not washed for years .Toilet was stinking and we were there with our young children.When we asked for extra blanket we got the stinkiest and dirtiest blanket ever.The picture on listing is not the right picture.

Mr Tony was very helpful and gave us an early morning check-in. VFM

Overcharged when extended our stay by a few hours as my nephew wasn't keeping well so we couldn't checkout early.

The ambience was bed, the rooms were shabby, staff were careless.

IT is truthful Same Show Room pic and good staff behaviour and very much helpful, location of hotel is too good walking distance to golden temple.I love to stay again in this hotel when I visit Amritsar.
