The staff were friendly.

the location was not very good. Unfortunately the rooms and bed was not clean. Also the aisles were dirty and it was noisy even in midnight.

The hotel is quite close to temple and can easily be reached.The room is spacious,Breakfast was great with lots of options.

The staff tried and were pleasent and tried to be helpful.

Cleanliness in dining and breakfast room poor they need to wash the table coverings the Internet needs to work. The bed pillows need renewal and room phones need to work to contact reception. Management need to put money and effort into the business to turn the hotel around

The rooms were not clean. Previous decorations were still there. Faucet was not working. AC was not working properly. Tv was not working

No person on reception, no toiletry, no electricity, no cleanliness, no service at all.

The property was clean. It is a quality budget travelers accommodation.

Very noisy. The halls really echo, and people coming and going all night sometimes made sleep difficult.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. They couldn’t even do the basics and change the sheets after the previous guest. After arriving and checking in, we found our room was full of balloons, which we thought may have been a mistake. When we questioned why, the staff advised there had been a party a week ago and that they needed a ladder to take down balloons. After further inspection, we found that the sheets on the bed were dirty and clearly had not been changed. The only reason we didn’t leave immediately was due to the fact it was late and we were exhausted after a long day of travelling. Instead of apologising, the three lads on the reception desk appeared to find the situation amusing and were sniggering amongst themselves whilst changing the sheets and taking the balloons down (which clearly did not need a ladder, as it took them all of 3 minutes).Pure laziness and a complete lack of consideration and care for their guests - don’t waste your money here.

The stuff was quite co-ordinating but I don’t like the stay. It’s far from the golden temple and bed sheets, towel were not clean.

Good location, just 2kms from golden temple. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are polite. Room had tea kettle and has hot water in bathroom
