The Nirvana By Urban Galaxy

To be frank, nothing to be like about this property.. Apart from location everything was pathetic.. Hotel staff was rude, didn’t have any simple etiquette to deal with the customer.

We reached there around 9 PM at night on 7th April, after all the formalities, they just gave us the keys and told us the room number.. They didn’t have anyone to escort us to the room… When we entered the room, there was a foul smell which was coming from the bathroom.. The washroom was so messy and not had any toiletries… Then A/C was not working, when asked they said they will get the MCP on from the reception… They should have informed us, and moreover their intercom was not working so eventually we had to reach at reception and inform them… We had to visit to golden temple early morning, so when we reached at the reception, the guy who was responsible to take care the guests, was sleeping and they had locked the doors.. I mean who does that.. When we came back, around 8:00 AM the same guy was still sleeping and doors were locked from inside.. Pathetic customer service… No water bottles were there in the room… While checking out, I gave them my card for payment and they immediately said that only Cash or UPI payment is allowed.. If they were not accepting payments via cards then it should have been properly written at the reception.. Small details were just missing everywhere… I had to run to the ATM and got cash… Simply bullshit… I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, even with this attitude, customer’s security is also at risk.. Big no to this hotel.. I wish i could give negative rating to this hotel…

My stay at Hotel Nirvana was fantastic. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Amritsar near Goldan Temple.

Hotel Nirvana is best available hotel in that price we booked over India , rooms were neat and clean , bathroom was also very neat and hygienic , good service , Wifi was also very fast.

Everything was in perfect condition , good hospitality by Hotel staff , I believe its a newly build or newly renovated hotel , everything was good , they were polite ..

A quite good place for my 2 days stay , golden temple is just 4-5 min walk from here , also local market is nearby, overall good experience with room and hotel amenities .

The staff is nice

The hotel is in a very poor location lots of screaming and fight outside. It echos loudly and is very disturbing please avoid this place they will charge you extra for a heater coz the AC on blows cold air.

Only there is an issue with amenities like toiletries( not available already)by the way after demanding they have provided, Tv (not working), Telephone not available in room, room not pre-decided for customers.these are only improvement points other than that stay was good.

Disappointed by Nirvana by urban galaxy

No aaro water in hotel you were forced to buy mineral water bottle. no clean sheets or blankets. Bathrooms were dirty. Simple not worth for money they charged. Also I recommend not to choose this hotel.

Why does this property exist

There was construction going on in the property there werent even places to put your feet to walk. There was dust everywhere and they are extremely difficult to find. Because their name on the building is Krishna . The staff was stirring on the hotel bed and eating snacks (sorta having a party) and when I arrived they offered the same room to me to stay. And obviously I refused to stay in this property. Instead of returning my money it made me walk a 1km to check there 2 other properties (i.e. urban galaxy and sakhi inn by urban galaxy) which both were asking for a higher price almost double of what I had already paid. They still haven't returned my money even after several calls and even physically going there thrice. Out of 3 day of my trip I have spent more than half of my trip in this. With 2 kids of 2 years and parents. Booking.com i want my refund. And booking.com has no customer service. This was my first and worst experience with booking.com.
