Hotel Moon Inn, near Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh

Location is very close to golden temple. Many restaurants and shops are available nearby. The staff is very polite and rooms are neat and clean at genuine price.

Room is too good, all luxurious needful items are available in room.. walking distance to darbaar saab .Very good property. Just one issue is the waiter service only. Room service is not proper..

They don't even provide water to drink. We bought water from outside.

- Bathrooms dirty and need of repair and refresh.- No on site kitchen advised to use Zomato and not made aware of this at the time of booking.- Slow service - Room cards kept de activating every time we left the hotel. - rooms are on the small side and quite tight felt claustrophobic.

As all the hotels have room for the driver and the hotels don't charge extra for drivers room...But in this hotel no facilities for driver room .. Issue of parking

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely disgusting hotel! The bathroom only had boiling water and no access to normal water. We couldn’t shower at all and had to shower in staff bathroom. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not stay at this place.

Rooms are really clean , there is hot water 24-7 , it very close to the Golden Temple , 2 mins as they mention it .

The room being deluxe also was pretty small , no space to move around , the cupboard to keep clothes is ssoo high up that if you aren't talk you can't reach the rack to put your jackets .

Service was not so good, No Soap in toilet was Provided, Breakfast was not complimentary, When I booked the 2 rooms they charged me Rs.2177/= and when I entered the hotel the Current Room rent was Rs 1629/= Which is not fare, I expect them to refund the excess amount which they have charged to me & finally they should have taken full money from me at the time of Discharge but they have taken full money in advance for which they did not even provid me with the Cash Money Receipt

Rooms were nice and clean and proximity was close to golden temple and amritsar market.

Not accessible by car we had to struggle a lot to travel to and from the airport.

The Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is very co-operative and supportive. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay near Golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh.

Nav who worked in reception was so helpful and friendly. He managed to organise a taxi to both the airport and Attari-Wagha border for us. Thank you Nav!

The place was okay, and staff was friendly. Close to jalliawalah bagh (which is on back side of the whole area). Could get transport from the place easily, but it might be harder to get a transportation to the place from railway station or bus stand. Overall kind of okay.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures.The windows are useless.The washroom/toilets are uncomfortable. The shower is so closer to the toilets that you might literally touch the commode while taking a shower and the toilet paper will get wet for sure.Based on the room sizes and location, you can probably get cheaper places on the other end which is easier to approach.Also, there was no introductory material regarding anything, also there was no induction.

The receptionist kind of rude. Room was too small as compare to the pictures. they kept us waiting at the time of check out as their system was not working. The reviews on google and booking.com is false

HOTEL WAS CLEAN .

LATE CHECK IN AROUND 1 HR OF DELAY IN CHECK IN AS THE ROOMS WHERE NOT CLEAN AFTER PREVIOUS CHECKOUT.BASIC FACILITIES LIKE WATER WAS CHARGABLE THAT TOO MORE THAN MRP .

Near the Gurdwara and Jalnawaal Bagh

Asked the staff to clean the room, but that was not done.

The rooms we asked for were nearby each other. The water heater worked but sometimes it got too hot which was fine because it was winter time. The beds were big. They provided amenities upon requests as well.

The bedsheets were a bit dirty and dusty. There were stains on the floor and the bathroom which made the room looked like it was dirtier than it actually was.
