everything was awesome

parking, no parking space for any car like mud size suv or above. only if someone park the car like an idiot on main entrance road.

It was clean, staff were polite and helpful, located in Queens Road….excellent stay for a couple during stay in Amritsar

Nothing except the lift or elevator. Room air conditioner was good. Bathroom fittings were very good.

Front desk service was very bad. Nobody can speak in English or understand English. Very poor room service. No Toiletries, I had to ask to collect them. There was no breakfast, but booking.com mentioned that breakfast is included with the room rent. I had to ask for breakfast and they provided very few items inside my room.They did not give me any invoice after I paid the full money to the checked-in counter, even when I checked-out they did not give me any invoice.

Overall i had a good experience,rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient

Rude staff and owner.Dirty rooms with cockroaches and hair of previous guests on the floor. Size of the room very small and no extra bed can be added in itThe extra mattress provided is so thin that its not possible for a person to sleep on it without a backache.The worst is the hotel staff is drunk in the night ( 10PM),they sit and drink in the restaurant and will service you in that drunk state and most of the things you ask for will either be unavailable or they don't have it in the night.No water provided the next day or cleaning of the room doneWhen spoke to the owner regarding the issues, he said you should have gone and found another hotel or complaint on the website booked on.He will not take any feedbacks. Overall a very very bad experience. We had elderly and children in our group.

Everything is excellent except for Breakfast. Location near railway station. Cleanliness is excellent. Very hot water in bathroom. Interiors excellent.

Don't buy Breakfast.

it’s good with all basic facilities . very clean no smell of smoke or dirty washroom. upto mark. only needs improvement in breakfast quality or service that’s it. rest a family place very comfortable.

It was cleaned before we arrived. Have parking facility which is not so much available in Amritsar. These were the things I liked the most.

The hotel location is good. Although there is no view in rooms but Rooms were very clean, comfortable & well decorated.

My room TV was not working and no one bothered about it even after complain. There were very distressing sounds like people’s fighting in mid night.

Location is well connected to all the must visit places. Golden temple is 1.5 kms from the hotel.

Rooms are very cramped. Not well lit. Staffs are ill trained and very very unprofessional. Room service are slow. Staffs in front desk are well responsive and helpful. Wifi is not working. Utilities are only given after several calls and reminder.Overall, recommended if you don't have any other option.

Location is central of Amritsar and near to sight seeing places of Amritsar which is a plus point

There is no electric kettle in the rooms

Interior of the hotel was best. Rooms are luxury. Enjoyed alot , staff persons were very humble
