The Hotel is located at a great location to visit the Golden Temple as it is few hundred metres away. Very friendly staff and helpful going out of the way. It is a good value for money if the cleanliness of the room is taken care off.

The access to the place can be challenging through dinky lanes. If you are travelling by Car, may not be very conducive.The Hotel doesn't have a Lift and had to climb 3 stories every time we came in and went out. The Linen and the sheets in the Room were unclean or were not cleaned properly.

Disappointing

1.Hotel does not have lift and they claim lift is there2. While the Power is not forgot about AC even mobile charging point was not working.3. Approach road for this hotel is very narrow even a car cannot go.

was expecting the toilet and bath to be cleaner, the bedsheet spotless.

Water isn't available to drink. One has to purchase and drink. No soap in the washroom. No wiper to clean the surface of bathroom.

Liked the staff. Hotel was very clean and nearer to golden temple ,saved too much time from travelling

Location is good 7 minute walking distance from Golden tample.

Apart from location nothing was upto the expectations.Few points to mention 1. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.2. TV set top box was not working asked staff twice to fix but no one attended the request.3. Sheets were not clean.4. There was very odd smell in the room, and hard to sleep because of that.5. Asked staff for breakfast and they told nothing will be available before 1 he or so.

Location is good but taxis not available This is very important to reach the hotel

it will surprise and shock you both. We set google maps to reach the location and thankfully it was 2 am in night so toads were totally deserted. this hotel is located in the slimmest and maze like streets of old Amritsar and I could not believe how my driver kept patience to follow Google maps as it almost looked like the SUB cannot enter ( or get out) from these streets. car finally stopped at a claustrophobic street and my family frowned at me for choosing such a hotel at my left was glass door and inside this was a very spacious lobby and spacious rooms and many floors. We were very happy with our overnight stay and 5 minutes walkable distance to Golden temple.

the advice is for the people who want to take their car to this property. Dont even think about it

I like the location which have hotel locate, we have easily go to the gurudwara,and market.

I would like to share my feedback their was no cleanness &b Hygiene not follow hospitality and food was very bed quality it was unexpected for us . staff also not follow grooming and behavior, it have bed experience .

Location is the only advantage of this hotel its walking distance to Golden Temple. Specifically entry from Baba Atal saheb chowk, which is near to Langar place. however if u want to go to main entry or main market its very far off almost 2-3km. Auto charge u 80-100rs.

Cleanliness was major issue. Rooms, bathroom, buckets, bed sheets, towels were not clean. TV was not working. Inspite of multiple reminders during my 2 days stay they didnt resolve the issue.

When I went to the room, I saw a little dust on the floor, gave the key to the owner and went out and said to clean... but when I came back there was no cleaning.. After ordering a cup of tea, you have to wait atlist 15 minutes. ..
