Value a bit expensive. Small room and not superior room.. Quite busy.

Very good hotel and very clean room. The stay was very comfortable. Food is delicious and the staff was very courteous, special thanks Miss Khushi she is very kind and friendly.

The excellent hotel in the heart of Amritsar. When anyone want to be a good with there family or friends than please stay at hotel. That is greatest hotel of value for money. The hotel with clean room, excellent ambience and courteous staff, special mentioned the Mam name Miss Khushi, she is really good hearted person and she is very kind not only for us but for everyone.Thank you country inn team for make our stay great.

There was no central heating and this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking page. When we called the reception multiple times, we got a very small heating box which did not work properly. We fell sick from being cold the whole night. Very poor arrangements.

Breakfast below average. Room Floor need Repair, Room no. 310. Washbasin has Bed smell. Stain on Bed sheet.Before booking, the staff told me that online booking is for Standard Room. After I booked, it was mentioned Superior Room. But room provided was not Superior from any Point of view. They provided Standard Room having no Window or Ventilation and with very limited Toiletries.

The first shift during mid day and early morning front desk are hospitable listening patiently and helping. but one person is irritating.The rooms are good and clean but a little bit of standard improvements necessarythe restaurant on the 6th floor is awesome. early morning with the fog of entire amritsar is a great view. had difernet varieties of morning breakfast.

some front desk staff needs to be taught how to be hospitable . when customers pay and come we don't expect rude answers.

A lot of things dislike because when I just entered to the room room was dirty bed sheet was broken and floor was dirty I complained about that but staff attitude was very bad he ask me to complain with FO THEN I ORDERED TWO CUP OF TEA THEN CIP INSDIE I FOUND A FUKING HAIR I COMPLAIN ABOUT YHAY BUT NO ONE RESPOND bathroom was too small

- The staff were professional and courteous, particularly the male receptionist and a male helper who kindly carried my bags to my room. I was having an extremely awful stay in another hotel in Amritsar so changed over to this hotel halfway through my visit, was an amazing decision!- A wide selection of food available to order to your room- The hotel itself is absolutely majestic. The decor, the cleanliness, the corridors and the art around the building is all great. I felt like royalty when the front door was opened for me whenever I walked through and the corridors even had light music playing in them!- The bed was comfortable and big, the bathroom was big and clean and the room itself was so aesthetically satisfying. I particularly liked the long chair near the window and the fact that the ac was not noisy!- I have recommend this hotel to family members for when they come to stay in Amritsar, the prices are of course high but it’s well worth the price- Auto drivers who I believe have some sort of contract with the hotel always available outside to take me to places, that was really helpful and a quicker alternative to Uber

- The only issue I had on the first day was loud banging going on above me for a few hours, I think some kind of construction work was going on, but that was stopped later and it is not even an issue as I know it was not deliberate

This hotel is very dirty bathroom is full of insects Anyone coming from uk or Canada plz don’t book this hotel I fully recommend Hyatt or ramada I got food poison went very ill they couldn’t get me a doctor this supposed to be a 4 star hotel

Fridges in this hotel rooms are not working soft drinks are hot the staff are trainees don’t know what they doing please stay away from this hotel

Hotel was clean and matches the photos but staff behaviour could have been better. Centrally located. All major attractions and eating joints are quite close by

Staff behaviour could have been better. They gave us slightly stained towels for which we didn't make a fuss, however, at the time of check-out they claimed we had stained the towels for which they asked us to pay. We declined and left. Additionally, we asked for their help in booking a car to the airport at 9:15 am very early in the morning. The person at the reception mentioned they would inform to the person who would be in charge after 9 am. No arrangement was done and we had to find a way to avail a cab on our own and reached the airport just in time to catch the flight

Breakfast was just ok. Though the spread was decent enough, the quality left a lot to be desired. Quality of room service food was also below par.

Room size was too small, bathoom was shabby and toiletories supply was poor. Rooms were too close for comfort, no Privacy and sounds from adjoining rooms was a serious deterrent. Situated in a congested locality with no proper parking space.

Very small room bathroom was so small not single person can bath in it. The breakfast don't have any variety one of worst country inn I have stayed

Food especially breakfast was good and the staff was super courteous. Location is great, walking distance from the Golden Temple as well as main shopping areas.

The rooms did not have great ventilation and the room appeared damp and air felt stale. There was also no natural light source since there are no windows that can be opened.
