The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, including guiding me to a nearby tailor and offering in-house laundry service. This hotel is better located than where I stayed last time I visited Amritsar, especially being a five minute walk to the Golden Temple. The free wifi and hot water in the bathroom were particularly nice and worked well.
Excellent response from the owner and staff. All requests were were received by the mamagement with a smile. Sheets were clean, blankets and room were smelling fresh. 5 mins walk to the Golden temple. Would definitely recommend

"Despite making an advance reservation, the hotel owner asked me to stay in a servant quarters' room due to a lack of availability. This situation was rather frustrating."I had to look for another hotel because of this.
The sheets were clean, but it is difficult to keep white pristinely white so there were some marks even though they had been washed. Staff quickly switched one sheet when we asked about it.
To reach the property we had to cross narrow crowded streets. It would be difficult to get online cabs to pick up from the property location most of the times, specially if it is a larger vehicle. But the hotel would manage autos or rental cars like swift dzire to sort out the issue.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, including guiding me to a nearby tailor and offering in-house laundry service. People are very noisy in the hall. They did not bring the food I ordered. Could be cleaner.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel, very nice place plus location. Walkable distance from Golden Temple. Overall we had very awesome time.
