Very modern and clean rooms, friendly receptionist who waited for me at night when visiting the golden temple

Room had no window; a bit outside of the main city centre, so a rickshaw might be needed to attend local sights

An exceptionally nice hotel, great staff and family management team. It made for a memorable time in the City of Nectar. Just a few months old at the time of writing 5 minute rickshaw ride to the Golden Temple and other historic monuments. Based on our time there I would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge and a kettle in the room. You can get some entertainment programs in English on TV - there were some apps and access to the web. It is located not too far from the Golden temple - we walked there in just 15 minutes. The street is not too dirty. The reception area is very nice and the staff were helpful. The restaurant in the hotel served freshly prepared food (be prepared to wait for about 30 min), although European dishes were very limited and too spicy. My lasagna had tons of chillies in it. Breakfast was ok. On our first morning there were other visitors eating breakfast, so there was some kind of buffet laid out, although the choice was really small. On the second morning we were the only ones eating breakfast, and nothing was out - they asked what we wanted to eat and then brought out the food. We felt really uncomfortable having to ask for an extra slice of toast and felt that we had to tip for the service.

At the arrival we asked the hotel staff to change our bedding and towels because they did not look fresh. They might have been washed but the general feeling is that they economise on washing detergent in this country and do not wash at high temperatures. The staff was really helpful and changed the bedding straight away.

Amazing staff, *really* good room for the money, and an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows with gleaming white bed linen. Also the food was fantastic.

Very little. Rooms in proximity to staff areas can be a little noisy in the evening but not all night and I’m stretching here to find any problems. Great hotel for the price point.

My nephew forgot his phone in the room. They called the hotel if they can deliver to them about 4 miles away as they won't have time to come back until late. The hotel sent a driver free of charge and got the phone delivered to us. This is extremely high level of customer service.

Everything was fantastic.The people who were hired were very friendly and extremely helpful. The design of the hotel itself was spectacular. The breakfast was of high quality.Price is very reasonable and really they give you much more than you paid for.Couldn't recommend more.The location is about 10 mins from golden temple (with the traffic) by tuk tuk.Really impressed with everything

Loved the mattress and hot water pressure,

Lining was dirty and had to ask them to change at 11 in night. Cleaning is paramount and felt management should look into it.

A new hotel, designed and built with careful attention to and I say this also as and architect wich I am.The room Is comfortable and right lighting makes you forget the absence of a window.The very large bathroom Is super.At a reasonable distance from the Golden Temple, It is undoubtedly and excellent choice.

The staff can’t communicate in English and though pleasant couldn’t really help with anything because they didn’t understand us.

The room was super clean and good. The hotel is very well maintained. We loved staying there. It's also near the Golden temple yet little away from the excessive crowd.

Restaurant should improve it's services and make everything in the menu available.

we made reservation for 3rooms, and eventually only 2 people were able to appear. the hotel manager really kindly sent the massage to us that he could modify our reservation without charge for 3rd room. we appreciate hospitality and kindness delivered to us.

Very clean. Good staff. And food is really really good.

Just that there are no windows in the room. No fresh air because of that. And washrooms did not have electrical sockets.

Comfortable bed. Good a/c and ceiling fan. Restaurants and coffee cafe nearby. Kettle and mini fridge are a nice touch. I liked the large window. Very nice staff.

I wish it were closer to the Golden Temple pedestrian mall, but I was able to walk there easily.

Good proximity to famous attractions. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and attentative. Good food and well eqipped rooms with clean bathroom and comfy beds, and ice cold AC. Exactly as shown in the pictures

Rooms are small. For 1 person it is fine but consider 2 rooms if you have more travellers as there is only 1 chair in the room.

Location was reasonable

No window in the room.

Reception Aditi and to room service staff were all helpful and excellentKeep up the good job.
