Greenwood Villa

The location was really nice, the rooms were a decent size with the common areas clean.

The room had boiling hot water in the bathroom and we couldn't even have a shower. We called the staff who were unable to solve the problem. We then shifted to another room where the same problem persisted. The staff eventually solved our problem for the night but then we only had hot water in the morning again.

The property is exactly what you seen in pictures. Neat and clean. The staff were amazing. Food was also good.Specially those 2 twins brother who were handling door keep responsibilities (Guards).

Hospitality. Cleanliness

The place location

Overrated and breakfast arrangements even pool was not clean

The room was spacious and the food was good.. Breakfast was just passable.Nothing to cherish.

The ground floor rooms do not have a proper locking system and the privacy is also a bit compromised with no opaque doors. The staff is also not that professional and just a simple person trying to do their jobs. They were cordial, but unprofessional. It is more of a banquet hall with rooms rather than a full-fledged hotel.

Nothing. I paid a deposit as requested the day of booking and booking was confirmed. On arrival we were over booked ?

The hotel said we could stay at their sister hotel close by. We arrived to a petrol station forecourt. It was full of kids. The pool was green. Our room was big but over looking petrol pumps not the garden view as promised. Bathroom was tired and dirty. We went for a drink and food. Nothing we wanted on the basic menu was available and beer was out sourced. During the wait we went back to booking.com and found a much better option. This hotel cannot be trusted.

The breakfast was good and tasty. However a few more items could be included in the buffet. The restaurant service was good and prices were reasonable.

The overall price of the room is slightly on the higher side. Also the pool could be cleaner. The room service for extra tea/coffee packets and water bottles is not very prompt.

The property was very good and good maintained

It was just far from the city and for vegetarians their was no facilities

Very nice and secure premises . The staff - reception, gate staff, the porters, the restaurant and its staff were all so kind and helpful. The food delicious. My only request would be the hotel accept card for payments and have an email address for direct communication. Special mention to all the staff, they are an asset to greenwood villa (you have excellent staff) . I would easily use again.

Nil, all good

Comfortable room, friendly and pleasant staff, good food.

Cleaning could be improved (pool was not very clean and towels had a funny smell)

Property was new and all facilities were well maintained

Staff were not very prompt or professional as per the standards of the property being a 4/5 star and the amount being charged.

The style of the room

There was a dead rat in the pool- looked like it had been there a while. There was loud music being played from the pool. Our first room had water damage on the walls and we had to ask to be moved. The location is a bit out of the way.

Superb

They don’t serve breakfast until 8am. We had an early flight and no additional arrangements were made. We did ask for a basic breakfast ie toast, but they said they could not as the delivery arrives late. Bring close proximity to Amritsar airport they should start breakfast earlier.

Room comfort, eminities, swimming pool n snacks

Breakfast menu very very poor. No varieties at all. No service, Tea Coffee cold

An excellent place to stay with family when out to experience Punjab in it's true sense. Great food and great hospitality, a must stopby for anyone visiting Amritsar. On it's way to be a tourist spot one day for sure ?

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its scrumptious food, delightful restaurant, and refreshing pool. The flavors were exceptional, the dining experience was top-notch, and the pool offered the perfect respite. Highly recommend for a satisfying and rejuvenating stay.

Hotel was simply amazing, particularly the ambience throughout the premises and food.. the staff helped us in every possible way to make our stay memorable.. Overall I loved the hotel (?).

All well.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially ghe staff were very courteous.... special mention for Mr Arjun & Mr. Simran General manager of the Hotel He was very polite and humble... top class service rendered by her... the rooms were clean and the services were delivered punctually.

Cleanliness

Very poor response from the hotel .Had to call at least 10 times to answer. There was a party going on next to our room in an open area of the hotel and the music was playing very loud . It was going beyond 11.30 PM in the night and finally had to complain to stop the same . Management and staff were very rude.

Staff were young and friendly. Situated in open area. Good A/C and fan.

1. Room comfort - bathroom looks half finished, little facility, soap, amenities not properly provided 2. Food passable and room service one hour late after several pone calls and wrong dishes3. MOST IMPORTANT _ very noisy party going on till late night. If you are having a party, give all the rooms to the party only. If you are having external guests then make sure party is over by 10pm max. We did not get any sleep at all, we had to leave by 3 am in the morning for our flight.
