Easy to leave, amenable manager

It wasn't clean. There was dried human snot on the walls, the sheets were stained and not clean and the bathroom was filthy. We had to check out after one night

The location is best if you want to visit golden temple, Jaliawala bagh etc.The room size is adequate.The hotel is clean and hygenic.The breakfast is fine but can be improved by having more variety

They need to take care of the cleanliness of the bed linings and towels.

The staff were really friendly and kind. Went out of their way to help in the true amritsari hospitality. Had good breakfast and restaurants for good food and variety. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Bathroom was a bit small and slippery when wet.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel and the kitchen was also very clean. They had a wonderful breakfast spread, the food was tasty too. Tea and coffee was individually made to taste. So it was really good.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Very clean and an amazing shower powerful and hot. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Temple. There are no windows in the room but this was not a problem. Staff very friendly. Breakfast choice was limited but nice. Breakfast served at the 5th floor restaurant, however no lunch or dinner served upstairs but you can have this in the cafe on the ground floor. The food was delicious.

Didn’t like the sound of the fan in the hallway at night as very loud in the bedroom, however asked the management to switch off which they did with no issues.

Stayed here for 4 nights and explored Amritsar from here.The staff is great, friendly, welcoming and helpful, they were kind enough to let us in our room early after an overnight train to get there.The room is nicely decorated and very clean, the aircon and heating worked well.The bed was comfy, a little softer than many in India. And there are quite a few sockets for use, unusual!Wifi was mostly ok, we were on the 4th floor, but occasionally dropped out.Breakfast on the 5th floor was very nice, with fresh fruit, Dahl, veg curry, breads and Poha, along with juice and masala tea, omelette if requested. Plus toast and jams.The hotel arranged taxis at reasonable cost with Sardar Tours and Travel.The shower is very powerful and great.There's an ATM machine at SBI within 5 minutes walk and it is only 10 minutes walking to the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum and Jallianwala Bagh.The area outside the hotel doesn't look great but we recommend it and would definitely return here, if coming back to Amritsar.

The room would benefit with some hooks and places to hang items.The bathroom has no window, and could do with a few more hooks,

the breakfast menu was good & the location was excellent.the area was not clean & the roads were littered with muck.

the room size could have been better. however, looking at the location i think it was pretty good.

Hotel was local to everything in Amritsar. The hotel was just a walk away from the Golden temple. The staff were very helpful could not do enough great service.

walking distance from key attractions. Room was clean and secure. Water pressure and hot water was good. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

unfortunately, due to building is in an intermediate row, the room allocated did not have windows. Was still OK because we were out most of the day. Room was comfortable for an affordable price.

The shower was not working well. When we explained, the staff took immediate action and the shower head was replaced quickly. Breakfast was decent and the staff was really nice.

I mistakenly thought that there was a bar, but like many places in Amritsar there was no beer.

Amazing location, friendly staff and decent food. It's approx 5-7 minute from darbar sahib complex. There's plenty of rickshaws that travel Infront of the hotel too so easy to get around. I would also visit dera Baba Nanak from this hotel, about an hour distance.

Better ventilation for the bathrooms

Hotel is extremely close to the golden temple so had the chance to go there 7 times. The market is also close. The staff at the hotel are very nice. the rooms are compact and stylish with very clean washrooms.

Would be nice if you introduced regular drinking water in glass bottles for your guests instead of 500 ml plastic bottles to save the planet from plastic pollution.

Hotel two minutes from the Golden Temple. Which gave us the opportunity to walk around the centre of Amritsar by foot throughout thr day and evening Staff are lovely and breakfast was very nice
