- 1. Reception - i asked the reception that i need my passport and plane ticket back. He gave me the passport except my plane ticket i made hand gesture for him to understand i even spoke simple english and show him a picture but still he didnt understand me. I asked him if he could speak english he told me yes. Better not to say yes and ask assistance to a colleague, it wont be a hustle to the guest. So he didnt gave it to me instead i waited the next day, 1 lady reception was there and gave my plane ticket. 2. The internet - i was quite disappointed theres no internet in the hotel. I have a problem with my sim in dubai my roaming is not working. Usually whenever im booking a hotel theres a wifi then they will just give me the password but the opposite happened, was disappointed. The manager gave me his number for internet connection. I was connected but after 5mins i lost connection so i didnt bother i dont want to call the manager again. 3. Hotel car - i asked the lady in the reception if i can book a hotel car to the airport. She said there's no problem as long as i spoke to the manager about it. Told her i have a flight at 8am so i need to go 4am or 5am, the manager was even aware. Unfortunately when i went to go check out march 7 4.30am the hallways going to the elevator was pitched black. I went down to the reception the lights were out i got anxious cause i have a flight at 8.50am and no one is in the reception. Good thing my bag drop on the floor and someone was there, i think he was sleeping. He did assist me on check out but was shocked that the hotel car was not booked beforehand. Already told that i will avail the hotel car. But the manager and the staff there assisted me and attended with my needs.
