Hotel O Winner Inn

Reception staff was good and polite. But the facilities were almost nothing, cleanliness was zero, and the price was higher compared to what they offer. Location was just normal, nothing special. Overall, not worth the cost. Bed sheets and pillows dirty. I got allergy. Also I checkout after 2 hour because I'm room dust and cockroches on bed.

Privacy was not maintained, it was also very dirty ..bathroom was not clean ..bedsheets were also not good ..full of dust

The room which they allot us was not clean....their bedsheet and kambal was dirty bathroom was not clean ...and most important one can easily here the sound of other rooms as there were only door between them ... someone from other room can easily hear you room ......

There was a problem of Tarrif by the Hotel , though i have book in advance that hotel, and when i went for check out , the room didn't give to me and persuaded me that the price, at which i booked the hotel, is not come under the hotel' Tarrif. So i have to Book another hotel emeditly. My question is , if Tarrif isn't come under the Hotel', than why you display to the website at that price i booked. So so so unfair

Worst attitude towards hospitality in this area.

The owner was not ready to provide the room before checkin time. Demanded double the price for early checkin of 1.5 hrs.

They didn't serve any breakfast although it was included in paid rent. When I enquired them about it, they answered it may be shown by booking.com but we don't see any breakfast in your booking. Even when I showed them the breakfast confirmation from my bookings they ignored it.

Staff is not cooperated at all. Very rude. I reached there 10. They waited me 2 hours in Lobby and said room are not available. But same time they given room for other person and They told me since book the room from booking.com that's why they didnt allow early check in as i paid less amount. Totally disappointed and worst experience in my life.

The location was bit interior but reachable to temple in Autos in 10 mins. No car parking areas.

The room was too small and bathroom were not neat were the taps were leaking whole night. Blankets were like used and not cleaned before our arrival

Poor ventilation..no kitchen from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am

The staff is responsive, They gave pre-paid discount, Water in closet, in washroom are hot, both hot and cold water available. They accommodated baggage after check-in time. They picked the phone call anytime. Value for money is high. Good for short-term and overnight stay. A/C is working in my room.

The staff is very co-ordial and front-desk is very helpful. I did not try Wi-fi since I use mobile hotspot and data. SMS, Whatsapp messages are good.

No breakfast or water bottle complement during first day stay. Rest room need to improve like tap and hot water facilities.

Staff behavior was worried about payment for extent the room for another half day.
