Price is very high according to the location and standard of hotelDidn’t even provide basic things in Washroom, like dental kit, towels are not clean

Best part of the hotel was it's cordial staff members and location

Hotel should start with buffet breakfast and time taken to serve the food can be also be reduce.

The guy who brought us to the room and delivered our food was very attentive

The guy behind the reception desk was terrible. He didn’t answer when I asked for breakfast. His whole attitude was extremely unwelcoming. He ended up charging more money than stated at booking but he simply didn’t answer when I asked why. I paid because I was so done with the whole situation.

Staff was very nice and helpful ,rooms were clean and good and good location.

Service promptness…TV wasn’t working which was reported and the staff after initial check told us that TV is faulty and he is going to replace but same was never done..

Providing only 1 litre drinking water bottle for two persons per day as complimentary one which is very less. It should be increased to 2 bottles atleast. Prices of food items are very high in comparison to other similar standard hotels.

The behaviour of the staff was very courteous and quickly responded to every request

The bedsheets were not clean and was very old. The hotel rated as 3 star, but hadn't have any buffet breakfast. Even we go the kettle and tea/coffee acccessories on request.

The manager Neeraj on front desk I was very disappointed when I arrived but he made the stay easy

They didn’t provide anything at 1st I ask for everything electric kettle totalities in with they were saying for tooth brush I need to pay I mean seriously? Nothing was ready I need to call for every single thing even the toilet paper

Worms found in the food. Cleanliness wasn’t good. A traveller trusts the Fab hotel brand and gets such uncleaned property. Very bad experience

The hotel location was very good, the way the staff interacted was excellent, the rooms were neat and clean, properly cleaned, and the hotel itself was neat and clean.

it was a clean room

the hot water facility was not available for 2 hours. we wasted our precious 2 hours in the morning waiting for the solar to work and get hot water. couldn’t complete our work. moreover hotel charged us half day for asking them 2-3 hours extended stay as our return journey was at 3 pm. they mentioned check out was at 11 which is never a case in india

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the room had a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping did an excellent job

The room was spacious. The reception staff was very helpful with attractions to visit.

The wifi did not work at all during our entire 3 day visit. Toilet paper was not provided, and when asked for it they’d either give very limited low quality paper or mostly forget about it

Location is best

Floor of the bathroom and bedroom are not clean. Bed cover/ sheet in torn stage. Water bottle are free in other hotels. Here it's chargeable. Brush and paste not provided.

The breakfast menu was limited without any change for all three days. The quality of food was also below average. The location is utterly inconvenient for anyone to get lost.

The food was ordinary with no change in menu. Shockingly, there were mesh of cobwebs and lines of termites on the ceiling. The staff was told about this and they were not surprised at all. It seemed alright to them. There were no kettles for coffee / tea in the room. Strongly recommended not to visit.
