Walking distance to golden temple and all shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing and helpful.

The staff in the restaurant were fantastic specially Mr. Sandeep Singh. He was extremely helpful and cheerful fantastic customer service food was excellent. Clean. Overall, customer service in the hotel was fantastic cleanliness of the hotel, which is extremely high. I was extremely happy with the location of to where I wanted to be.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sure Stay Heritage Walk hotel in Amritsar and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and the staff was always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, with delicious food that was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, the location was ideal for trips to Golden Temple and other major sights.Special thanks to outstanding staff including the manager, Harber Singh, Rahul (chef), Madan (clerk), Bunty (clerk) and the housekeeping personnel.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The location is incredible and one of the best in the city by far.

No internet, would have liked more water bottles left in the room but they were available on request so this wasn't so bad

Fantastic location. 2min walk to golden Palace and 30secs to Jallianwala Bagh massacre site(also a must visit) . Street side room could be a little noisy? As the mall/market area is a cool vibrant area. Next door to McDonald’s.Staff are brilliant. Room is great and very clean. Good WiFi.

The location is absolutely perfect for visiting the Golden Temple and Jallianwala bagh (10 steps away).

The hotel is very conveniently located within the pedestrian zone for the Golden Temple - which is why we stayed there. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming and gracious.Reshma and Arshdeep in the front lobby, and Sandeep Singh in the restaurant deserve special mention.Thank you!

We were only staying one night but the room was pleasant, quiet and clean. We had traditional Indian breakfast and the staff super helpful and attentive. The location is only a few minutes walk from The Golden Temple and on a pedestrianis thoroughfare, so free from noisy streets right outside your window.

So glad I chose this hotel rather than the any of the higher end hotels near the Amristar airport. The Surestay Hotel is located only 300 yards from the Golden Temple and less than 100 yards from the Jallianwalah Bagh, both venues of which I was extremely interested in visiting daily. It's also smack in the middle of an bustling marketplace for those that want to get their shopping in. The Surestay has many of the amenities of higher end hotels at a far cheaper price, including laundry service and a nice breakfast up on the top floor (a special mention to Deepak and Sandeep who provided excellent breakfast service). The taxi service they use is much simpler and just as cheap as soliciting taxis from the various travel agencies around the area. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed and ample hot water showers, which was greatly appreciated after experiencing some of the more austere facilities at various ashrams I had stayed at. There is really no downside to staying here. It seems they are often fully booked, so best to get your reservations in as early as possible.

Perfect location, excellent hotel cleanliness, big spacious rooms. Only missed out on a perfect score due to bed not being as comfy as rest of the room presented. But not that big a deal either
