It was not maintained at all. We had cuts and bruises on our legs cause of the bed being broken. Horrible experience

No drinking water was provided despite asking. No proper hot water in bathroom Bathroom did not have soap holder and was always wet.When the accomodated 4 people, they should have booked 2 rooms.4 Towels were expected, 1 was provided. Later after asking they acted.

Cockroaches walking on the tables during breakfast and a fruitfly in my bowl. Meanwhilst I was telling the person at reception there was walking one on his desk too! The water from the tap was black suddenly! When i told the reception, yeah they did construction works yesterday on the tank. OK. Still it is pretty disgusting when I want to was my face, rinse my teeth etc. You can warn me, or clean the tank before having guests. Cleanliness is also not super, water and moisture residues in bathroom, rust, etc.

Staff was very helpful and co-operative.Facilities like shops, food joints etc. available nearby.

Definitely not a four star property by any standards.Running hot water availability is bad.Cockroaches in the room.Rooms require sound-proofing - slightest of noises outside can be heard in the room.In some rooms, walls are damp.

Best hotel for stay food and room was good and tasty location near to railway station golden temple is 1.5 km from here.Overall excellent stay and budget friendly hotel.

Rooms are so small, as soon as we stepped in there was a cockroach, shower was broken, pathetic property, lane to which hotel is quite narrow, not even 1 star , don't waste your time and money

Totally waste of money, staffs are not good at all n don't pay any amount before you get into the hotel such a tiny room ,ambience also very suffocated

Superb location. Very close to Golden Temple and central Amritsar. Well maintained property. Staff is courteous and attentive.

One drawback is that all the rooms are not uniform. Rooms in the same category have different washrooms in terms of size and quality. Cleanliness was a slight challenge in 1-2 amenities but the staff were prompt in making amends.

I stayed for 2 nights... Excellent service given by housekeeping and reception staff... Rooms was neat and clean with good furniture... Check inn and chec out was smooth with proper guidance of local markets and the hotel facilities... Highly recommended to everyone... Good rooms with very reasonable rates.

Service is very poor. Bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned properly. One of the rooms(Room no. 402) was so stinky that it had become unbearable to even stay in the room. Then there was the issue of hot water. We had to literally beg for hot water. The staffs were oblivious to our problems in spite of our repeated complaints. They were very callous.

Dining room and kitchen is a mess. The staff is unclean and not at all professional. Toilet in the kitchen hall smelling badly. A boy cleaned the table with bare hands and he goes to the bread counter for toast. Room was not cleaned when we came back in the evening. Watch man sits with us for breakfast. everything was miss managed. I had a bad stomach after eating bread.

Stay was Comfortable.Food was too good.Rooms was veryyy comfy.Reception staff was veryyy humble and polite in nature they assisted me alott entire hotel staff was so supportive.

There should be more neat nd clean rooms with good towels and bathrooms
