The property is located at a walking distance from golden temple and the marketplace. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are good,locked, and comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom. The food quality and service ware also gud.the property is good for a sort and long stay. But there is room for improvement in terms of hygiene and food services

Everything is superb & perfect. Just 5 minutes (by walk) away from Sir Harminder Sahib / The Golden Temple One can reach there spending 30 rs .Awesome hotel.

Property is Good , Location is also good and at 12 min walking distance from Golden Temple .Staff is very nice and prompt ..!!MOST IMPORTANT THEY HAVE THIER BASEMENT PARKING

They need to focus little on cleanliness.Bedsheets we’re dirty…!! They Should provide fresh bedsheets to customers on new booking.

Hotel room was congested, room rent too high compared to rent charging.not clean

Stay was comfortable, staff was super friendly, location was convenient, premises was clean, food was delicious, hygenic and better than local restaurants. I would recommend eating at facility if you like simple and tasty food.

I was little unlucky that i got noisy neighbour but staff compensated for the discomfort.

1. The hotel and location are in suitable place. Room boy (one beared guy) very smart and proactive.

1. dust bin not available in every room during our stay. 2. No equipment provided for making hot water for drinking for the winter season. 3. size of the bed is not comfortable to sleep for 6' men(less length). 4. All staffs are not friendly

1. Location on Booking.com is different from actual, it’s on Shaheeda Sahib’s Road (service lane) not on Sultandwind gate road.2. Breakfast was good (Pranthe, curd and Chai and they have omlete & toast also) but not served on time. At reception they said 8am but they served us around 10am3. Bathroom shower and tap was broken. Seat was moving.4. Lift does not work 24x7

Rest everything was fine . location is near to golden temple,plus nice place to stay.

don't ask them for the bill as they are not happy in providing you that.also they even charge the water that they provide u ..a water bottle is charged more than MRP.seems like they take cooling charges of water bottle too..

Its nothing to be like about it

It shows the parking facility but its just a room where you park your car and 4 more cars park ahead of yours and no one is available to unpark those cars when you need your car . They call every guest to ask is that car is yours ? And in the early morning when you have to leave urgently but you can’t because you don’t unpark your car those of others and the staff is rude

The washroom was good enough it was spacious but anyhow experience was bad...

Room bedsheets were not changed means were not washed and pillow covers was also a messy bed was too small it was double bed but the length of the bed was not appropriate. No amenities were there I have to ask for the tv remote and after that it was not working at all ? at the end during check out I have to clear my bills and my bank was facing any server error then I asked the person to help me with online modes like paytm and google pay earlier he kept that the scanner but when I asked the same for doing payment then he denied that online payment is not accepted in the property but any how I manged and clear the bills but overall experience was bad.....
