1.Stay was not so good because, we find one small rat inside the room and we were worried about our belongings from damage by rat. 2. Water was coming out from bathroom while taking bath.

It's okok feeling

The property stay was comfortable. Initially I faced certain issues but the staff was accommodative and they quickly changed my room.Servicing was timely and overall the experience was good.I would say room aesthetics could be improved But I went with my father and brother and overall it was a nice experience.

Room was neat and clean near to golden temple and all facilities available near by ATM hospital ,market for shopping walking 10 minutes or you can take e rikshaw tasty food room serve wifi available for free at best speed I have some office work also for some time it help me alot overall best stay recommended to my near and dear ones and wish to come again in future

Hotel is value for money. Location is approx 1.5KM from Golden Temple.

Rooms are good but washroom are too small.

So much compact area, No ventilation, so much suffocation, what they show what they provide is totally different

Room was clean.

In house restaurant not good.. no good eateries or restaurants near by. You have to go atleast 1km for a good eatery. No cloth hanger or dryer in the room. No proper door mats at the entrance or near bathroom.

Location & availability of food

Reception & elevator sections too narrow.

The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance of the Golden Temple, its clean, comfortable and the staff really can't do enough to help, we enjoyed the stay so much that we've booked again.

Rooms really needs a upgrade. No toiletries, basic facilities are missing.in this price range there are many other good options.Only positive point goes for staff.

The room was quite spacious clean and tidy per expectations.It was centrally located as well.

I think no specific things that I don't like about.

We booked one Luxury Quadruple room and one executive Triple room for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were also comfy in the Luxury quadruple room. The hotel was centrally located and within 1 km of the Golden Temple. e-rickshaws were available as soon as you come out of the hotel room. Hotel staff helped us to book the cab to the railway station even for a 4 am morning pick up. Breakfast is available from 8 am -12 noon which was helpful.

We would have loved to have the rooms nearby each other instead got in 2 different floors. The extra bed in the executive triple room for the 3rd adult can be a bit bigger as it can fit only kids of age 8-12 yrs. Being winter, heater service could have been provided as it is currently unavailable.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL . ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT.

NO TISSUE PAPER & TOILET PAPERS IN THE ROOM. PHONE BETWEEN ROOM AND STAFF WAS NOT WORKING.

Tasty and cost effective. Location is amazing because you will get public transport services very easily and the best part was that you will transport services every time whether it is night or day.

Everything was perfect or I can say over expectations, only one thing which my mother and sister both noticed was the mattress. Both beds mattresses was extra spongy, which effected their comfort sleep.

staff was very friendly and helpful. Rahul and Aniket were great. cold water bottles are provided. my room wasn’t ready when I got there but Rahul took a great care of it. food at the hotel kitchen was good at reasonable price. it’s ok for a very short stay.

no kettle in the room. no tea/coffee facility. my bed sheet wasn’t clean and my blanked was ripped which i did not like however I did not complain as I was there only for 10/12 hours so I just dealt with it. not so close to Golden temple.

Cleanliness, extra bed, twin AC in triple room. Very good lighting. Comfy beds.One of the Tap was clogged which was cleaned immediately by the staff. However proper checks to be ensured to keep it running perfectly. No restaurant. Any Breakfast included though is delivered in Room.

No toiletry, no kettle or Iron, no credit/debit card accepted.The shower doesn't take the warm water . You have to use bucket for mixing hot and cold water.

Property is old but very well maintained. Its ideally located away from the main roads and rush areas giving a peaceful feeling during your stay which is nice.

the “paint fumes” from the walls burn your eyes when you enter rooms and “no refrigerator in room” is something they can work to improve on going forward.

The staff was good, linen was all right.

Blankets in the room were worn out and not so clean

The staff is marvellous.the beds are really comfy. Very understanding staff and nice place. Recommend
