Comfort Hotel Presidente Prudente

The location, the breakfast, the helpful employees.

The person that comes to the hotel to do laundry charges way too much. The staff should know the laundry fee before recommending them!!

Modern bedrooms and great location

During check-in, the receptionist was rushing. She told us we should pay first, which is fine, but once we paid she forgot to give us the keys to our room. I had to remind her. She wasn’t apologetic nor welcoming after this. Later, we went to the reception to validate our parking ticket. There was an employee there who completely ignored us. After a bit another person showed up and helped us. Our room had a door linking it to the room next door. The guests in that room were very noisy and we could hear them as if they were just next to our bed. We couldn’t sleep all night long. In the breakfast area, there was no sitting left. The food available was also subpar, and the coffee was watery.

Everything, the bed was so big and comfortable, good location, the breakfast was good too.

Staff were niceClean

Room decor was sparseNo chair, couch or nightstand in room at check-in.They corrected after we askedBed was not comfortable

Clean and comfortable

No one in hotel spoke English

The staff was accommodating and attentive; the hotel is close to everything, including shopping; the comfort is high.

My transport had to wait almost half an hour to get to the hotel entrance, which was occupied by two parked cars. Apparently the reception lacks control in these cases.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room with fully stocked mini fridge.

Hotel is brand new. Super close to the city shopping mall.

Nothing worth of note
