Ibis Styles Presidente Prudente, Portal of the West

Easy access from road. Decent breakfast. Well maintained facilities.

Area around hotel is not that good for a walk, particularly after sunset.

The shower was very good and having a closed parking gave us more security.

The bed was a little too soft and breakfast could have a little more variety, for the price we paid.

Attentive staff, amenities were good and room was what you can expect for a budget accommodation. Decent breakfast available and included in the room price.

It is right beside the bus station. Parking is included and crew is very good

My room was lacking 1 extra towel and blanket. Also the AC controller was broken, so I had to manually turn it on, but it got stuck on 18C. During our stay we had 6 bedrooms. One of them was lacking toilet paper when we entered, and no hot water. At another room the toilet was not flushing.Hotel is old, dated… rooms need some renovation.

The room has good space, shelfs, table to work and a king size bed.

They should improve the breakfast, if it's possible change everything that they offer. The restroom isn't good clear, the room maid don't change the towel and the restroom box shower, appear that never was clean on his life.

Just about everything was good at the hotel. Really have nothing bad to say about it at all. Ataff at the hotel were extremely accommodating, and were very friendly, even going out of their way to help me find restaurants to go visit.

Café da manhã com pouca opção e caro

Na reserva constava um valor e no check in o valor aumentou. Questionamos mas o atendente disse que era o valor do site do booking

The location is very good. It is easy to find and near The shopping center.

Only one person to make the check in

the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed a lot my room and the breakfast is insanely good

the wifi could be better, the pool is very shallow, not that enjoyable

Nice place. Comfortable. Good price. Delicious breakfast.
